Getting really bored of these if AP gets sacked. managers available. who would you have etc etc posts.

Please stop

Believable0 Unbelievable0

I agree, its been done to death.

Agree0 Disagree0

Agree some fickle thoughts. Forget get about any manager AP will not be sacked & if he walks JFK will take over as he fits Ashley's mould

Agree0 Disagree0

If a certain post seems boring, do not respond to it.

The more posts on this page, the better, as far as I am concerned.

We should share some camaraderie, all being Newcastle fans, even if we do disagree on certain things.

The way we have been playing football since the 2nd half against Everton has restored my faith in Pardew, the football is getting much better, but it takes time to turn good football into clinical results. Look at Rodgers' at Liverpool for an example of that. (I am sure most of you disagree and want Pardew out yesterday)

Agree0 Disagree0

Agreed Harvey. I'm sort of half an half with pardew. I like it how he's trying to install a new pass and move philosophy but at the same time he's made some really poor decisions and can't seem to motivate the players for derbies.
But I just hope Ashley leaves by the end of the year. I really can't stand him any longer (I'm sure most Geordies can't) but I hope the protests go well tomorrow with the chronicle thing. I think we've smelt blood, Ashley is obviously bothered and annoyed by the coverage of the protests and it's obviously hurt him. So I think if we do more, we can finally force him out, because we kind of fans "don't deserve crisis after crisis, it's time for change" -Tino asprilla

9 weeks until January, so we have 9 weeks to have a striker lined up bought and paid for in the first week of transfer window (not the last day) If Cisse hadnt had that remarkable first 6 months we would be putting him down as one of our worst strikers ever. I don't think he will ever get it back its time to move him on. I reckon Jordan Rhodes would have burried at least 2 of Cisses chances. 2 seasons ago Adam Campbell got a couple of run outs off the bench now nothing, wheresBigi ps i'm not advocating that we go for Rhodes even though I think he would do a decent job alongside Remy

Out of available managers, who would your top 3 to replace Pardew be.

for example mine:
1. Marcelo Bielsa
2. Martin O'Neill
3. Roberto Di Matteo

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Jtoon may I ask why you have Martin o'niel on that list, the other two I agree with but o'niel?it has nothing to do with him being manager in the badlands because I do quite like the bloke!

Mine would be:-
1) de matteo
2)pochettino (spelling, Southampton)
3)clarky

Although we all know JFK will be the next manager weather we like it or not!

Agree0 Disagree0

JT, genuine question, are you really a geordie or just a really really dedicated mackem troll, because some of the stuff you come out with is bordering on the absurd, and it always leads me to feel genuinley embarrassed that you're a Newcastle fan?

Agree0 Disagree0

A lot of newcastle fans would also take O'Neill, he'd sort our defence out. and PFM, do you really think Pochettino will come to us?

and also why lee clark? What has he done in his managment career that's going to make him better than pardew? just because he was a good player for us doesn't mean he will be a good manager for us.

Agree0 Disagree0

No jtoon I don't think pochettino or any manager with any self respect would ever come to us and imo clarky could do no worse than pardew and at least he would show a bit of pride unlike anyone currently employed by Nufc!

Agree0 Disagree0

P. f. M dead right no self respecting man will ever come too much damage been done by the Oaf. Anyway the jobs Jokers and for people Who think Pardew is bad just watch when this person gets involved.

Sorry JT but Martin O'Neill, really? The bloke has turned us down in the past, plays route one long ball football and has a horrendous track record of wasting the money he is given. We all slated AP for the long ball footy last season and at least the players are trying to play a passing game so MoN would just take us back there and when Ashley spends so little we cannot afford a manager who wastes it.

My choice would be Glenn Hoddle, he has learnt from his mistakes, would get our undoubted technically gifted players playing and would bring the youngsters on. My only concern is his transfer market record - £10m for Jack Richards?

Other than that I'd go for an older European manager who is not working that fancies one last challenge (and what bigger challenge is there than us) such as Hiddink, Hynkes or Hitzfeld but to be honest I can't see anyone other than a desperate out of work manager or a young manager looking for a break coming anywhere near us with Ashley as owner and that thing as DoF. So if Pards goes to Palace I can see us ending up with David O'Bleary or Curbishley.
Sad sad days for us supporters and even worse when Cabaye goes in January, HBA in the summer and Remy back to QPR when they get promoted. Still look on the bright side we have no debt. oh apart from the £200 mill we owe Ashley as a result of his rubbish decisions that took us down in the first place. I'd even be happy if Freddy took the club over again, at least we had some excitement in those days.

Agree0 Disagree0

Jtoon I continue to read your posts with great interest as we are now good friends but your ringing endorsement of O'Neill would suggest you need a check up at the Docs. Have you done any research into him? the guy didn't even attend every training session whilst overseeing some of the worst performances ever seen in PL history last season, the guy showed such arrogance and proved a managerial dinosaur incapable of going with the times. I genuinely feel I have to step in to stop you looking so foolish. It would make all of Ashleys decisions so far seem sensible.

Agree0 Disagree0

Did I put him as my first choice? No. Did he get to 6th three times in a row for villa? Yes. O'Neill is a good manager, he'd sort our defence out, yes we probably wouldn't play the most attractive football, but if it worked you'd be happy. Its only a choice and pardew probably won't be sacked and if he does JFK will most likely takeover sadly.

Agree0 Disagree0

Great idea Jtoon. He nearly got us relegated. Without Robertson he is useless.

Cisse is a waste of pitch time, never mind Shola being off side Cisse should have buried the chance anyway. Cisse offers nothing, he is not a good hold up player, he cannot score and his work rate is poor. He is so bad I would rather see Obertan play upfront, at least he has pace and works hard and would stretch teams.

Mbwia did well last night apart from getting caught on the back foot once by Spain's first choice centre forward. Yes he should have done better for Negredo's goal but the ball should have been cut out anyway.

Why did AP take off Shola? It just instantly made Lescott and Boyata have an easy night which up until then they did not have. He is tactically clueless and again his substitutions cost us a game just like Sunday. No I am not jumping on the bandwagon I said we were a poor side the season we finished 5th but got slaughtered for it.

Did Dummet come off injured? If not WTF?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Spire lots of people are waking up now fans who jumped on the anti Ashley comments over the last two years are now beginning to realise of the hopelessness of having Ashley as an owner
This team and this club will only get worse and survival in the lower regions
of the Premiership the only respite with this awful man in charge

Agree0 Disagree0

Cisse is a waste of a strip he is clueless & at any other club he would be in the reserves

Agree0 Disagree0

Pardew cannot get the best out of the likes of M'Biwa, Taylor, Sissoko or cisse. I'm starting to think that its time for Pardew to call it a day. I wouldn't mind either Bielsa or O'Neill

Agree0 Disagree0

cisse works harder than HBA. ok his goal scoring touch has gone but so did torres n saldargo n quite a few others. a poor player doesn't score the type of goals he did. always isolated alone. he needs 442 or 433. so give him a break and back him.
