Derek Llambias (or was it Carr) has come and openly said, it is getting harder to do deals in the french market.
The club will now therefore, dip into the Holland market with Siem de Jong, Wilfried Bony and Jody Lukoki now topping Newcastle's summer shopping list.
So these would be the deals:
Bony (I would prefer PEA 10m) 12m
De Jong 9m
Lukoki 2-4m
I would like to see sakho 8m IF coloccini leaves
okore 3m
And also tom ince 6m
We need a clearout as well:
Simpson Free
Williamson
Gosling 2m
Ranger 800k/free
Abeid 500k
Harper free
Geordie Moses

Drwam On they are looking for a Striker and other positions including goalkeepet Max 4/5m
Unless they Off load 1 or 2 top players
which they will Bony etc will be dependant On that

Why would we get rid of Abeid? He's still progressing and is very young, give him a chance - we have other youngsters who are much worse than him.

I don't get all this talk off offlaoding any of the stars. they are all on 5 year contracts, are all young and are building a fantastic team spirit. is this not the plan.

Yes we will bring in a striker and we do need cover at the back but other than that what do we need. We have a nucleus of young players who will be drip fed in to the squad and by buying so many in the Winter window, we will have a team who will hit the ground running in August while other teams are trying to gel.

I think a top ten finish will be a great achievement this year with the amount of injuries we have had and we should be looking at pushing on next season for top six or higher.

Also look what the last clear out done for us, players like williamson simpson and gosling will be good to have as back ups, to throw in in league cup games etc.

Gosling is beyond salvageable. Let him go as soon as transfer window reopens. It's not like we have a lack of midfielders!

I honestly think that we won't sell anyone in the summer, with the problems that we have had this year, unless a very very tempting offer came along.

But Newcastle have said that all along, that anyone can be sold if a good enough offers comes in.

Who is this PEA character? I have heard loads about him on this website but never seen anything in real life.

I think we will only strengthen in the summer with maybe 1-2 defenders (with Willo going out) and 2 new forwards one been an expensive one 10-15 million and the other to progress in a few years

We will be lucky to get 80p for Ranger let alone 800k the guys a walking nightmare for any club /manager imo.

We need 2 strikers because at the minute we have Cisse and Shola, a left winger and centre back
