Jeff Vetere rejoining our scouting staff is a good idea.We desperately need to play catch up with Arsenal, ManU, Liverpool.Their acadamies, reserves are full of international talent garnered from worldwide scouting networks. Arsenal in particular have amazing talent coming through which will keep them at the top level for years to come.Wenger and Ferguson are well into their sixties and Liverpool are in decline due to ownership issues so there is a great opportunity for Chris Hughton and Mike Ashley
to seize the initiative and give us a bright future and we seem to be moving in the right direction
