So Bordeaux are winning 1 -0 at half time.

This is a complete shambles, Newcastle haver not created a single chance in 45 minutes.

The fringe players out there probably earn a lot more money than the Bordeaux players and it looks like a bunch of amateurs playing professionals.

You can see that the team AP sent out was just to play the game and we aren't bothered about coming top of the group!

It was obvious this would happen!

Plus just think how many supporters would come to watch nufc play if we drew one of the bigger sides that dropped outa the cl.

It's all about money and if we get a big side and lose against them it's nnot the end of the world as it gives us a break equal to the rest of the epl and can then concentrate on the league!

All makes sense!

It seems people have got short memories and I am not talking about last seasons success, I am talking about the season we went down and we were terrible. This team is in now way like that team, but they way some people bleat about sacking Pardew and hanging Mike etc etc it is like we a re still in the Championship. Give it a break man.

Ok we only got Anita in the summer, who in my eyes is an excellent acquisition, but the main thing was that we did not lose any of our big players. Ok we lost 4 on the spin, but with our injury list, is there any wonder, plus we still managed to create chances on goal! We have not really had a full squad to pick from for the entire season and when we do the rest of the prem will know it.

In January we will need to buy some players and i am sure that Carr has a list of targets. Just keep the faith until then HWTL

Ranger to start tonight tomorrow. He's going to get paraded around 'like a new signing' in January!

Not a hope of him beingbparaded as a new signing! Just daft talk! But with his aerial ability he can cause a lotion issues for a team like Bordeaux but still expect cisse to starts

Aerial ability? he jumps with his arms and legs starfished lol. my mates and I wud watch him at the match and guess to see how many times he fell over when he challenged for an aerial ball. my mate won once on 6...

Didn't say he is orthodox! Just that with his height and ability to climb and win a ball in the air he will do a job and hopefully allow others to come into attacking play instead of the ball coming straight back at us!
