Anyone find it a bit strange that the mackems cant wait for march 4th. all i ever hear them say is its not the result on the day like 5-1 or 0-1 for example but its where you finish at the end of the season. They sound very confused to me.

As a realistic fan I think the derby will be tight and if we play at our best we will get the win. Great win today - the top clubs grind out wins when they arnt playing well and thats exactly what were doing! Just a bit of a gripe, what is our game from corners? Swing it in to the front post everytime? They just get headed away the first man, we could be a great threat from corners, but we arnt utilising our attacking options swinging into the ron post for it to be easily defended
Dont think they are meant to be near post just useless at corners whoever seams to take them, got to agree when someone manages to get one past the post we do look dangerous

well here i am again to have a moan about the ref, despite the win, he was giving them soft decisions and us nothing, but i suppose that is how the game goes, but the big one for me was the fact that warnock could get away with that lunge in the box on taylor, could have easily broken his leg, how did the assistant not see it? its right in his field of vision, and the ref should be looking there as well, i know we scored from it but if the fa do not charge him with serious foul play how can they uphold cabaye ban? but that poor note aside it was a good performance from the lads, and we deserved the victory in my opinion, the mackems must be wondering how on earth they are going to be able to catch us... and what a great strike from cisse, this strike force could go on to be like sir les and shearer or atleast that is what i hope for

Yeh, in every team there are stand out players like krul and ba but there's also the others that have stepped in duperbly, guthrie is showing real talent now, he's always willing to receive a pass, something we've lacked in the last few years. perch has done well, coloccini solid as a rock. guttierez runs all day long.danny simpson and santon more than able full backs. it's a team effort. yes ba's goals have pushed us higher than we expected to be but the same can be said for many teams.
