Eh up lads,whose for a sit down an nice relaxing tab' you boys really need to get a grip on reality here'll your club is only a big club because of your fans'fantastic support,but let's face it you haven't really set the footballing world alight' ever,so why not get behind fat boy,jabba,Cashley,or whatever else you want to throw at the guy,and stop bitchin' you have a mediocre squad but he's trying to run the club so you don't fold,is that a good or bad thing? How would you like to go into administration and disappear up your own arses? It's a possibility if the club ain't ran on a tite budget,better to be mid table and stable than sliding down the leagues and into the tyne like one of lifes little logs getting flushed round the u bend,light your tabs lads inhale and see what the season brings;)

Makem must be....whats ashley going to bankrupt himself we have no debt he put his own money person did we 50 million for winning champoinship then another chunk for been in premieship then revunes gate reciepts etc and a well known fact he,s 35 million for selling people..we also cleared 16 profit last year so how could admin be a possibility ed any comments ....smb

{Ed042's Note - Administration, no, that ship has thankfully sailed.. but we do have existing debt, it is just owed directly to Ashley instead of a bank, interest free loan.. will be interesting to see this years financial report on the club when it comes out, see how much of that loan has been paid back this year}

.......to answer the last poster,I'm no Mackem lad,I come on here for the craic with you Geordies' you seem like a good bunch o lads,I'm saying you keep on bitchin about money this; player that but truth is the guy in charge is a business man,he ain't about the s**t his money down the pan is he? If he blew loads of cash and it all went toys up and you get relegated that could leave you in a whole sea of s**t you would be lucky to get out of' think of Leeds' it happened to them and money was a piece of piss to get hold of in the days that happened,not so easy now though,falling gates,rising wage bills,think about it,if all debts fall at his feet he's looking down a big dark hole he doesn't want to fall down,its easy for us as football fans to moan and cuss,but then we ain't left holding the baby when the wheels fall off are we!,now take a suck on your cider and light up a tab a new weekends coming and results could be coming our way.....up the wolves!

Alan Shearer, rightly so worshipped by our fans, will never get a job with Newcastle while the Fat Boy is there so why does he not use his airtime on Match of the day to tell it how it is? How the cockney clowns are ruining our club? How the cockney clowns are asset stripping? And talking of clowns, i see Fat Boy is in the papers again, not for signing a striker, but for stripping at a chinese restaurant!! One day he will be caught with his pants down,in an airport by a group of angry fans and then lets see him try to be jovial. Fat B*****D GET OUT OF OUR CLUB

He is an ambassador for newcastle u nutter thats y and y the f*** would he want to cause trouble when all he wants to see is the club doing well get behide the players and show them where there no matter wat the fat man and his mafia boys do

Would much rather see him, in his position, mobilise a good and honest consortium to get rid of this parasite at our club.

How many times were we told "judge us on 1st sept"? How many times were we told "striker is coming"? The web of lies this lot have spun is so unbelievably twisted it would take days to unwind and I for one, foolishly kept the faith on all my previous posts, defending him, telling myslef and trying to convince others that AP would deliver, that maybe he wasnt the office bitch we all thought he was.....oh how wrong, nothing more than a yes man, brought in to try and appease an ever growing ammount of dis-satisfied customers by telling them what they wanted to hear but what annoys, disapoints and hurts the most is MA, DL and AP have probably blown the best chance we've had in a long time to push on, and really challenge futher up the table this year, I even dared to dream of top 6 so much so I put a 10er of my hard earned dosh on it! On the pitch we are maybe 2-3 additions from looking like real competitors this season imagine current crop with a real striker worthy of the no 9 and some decent defensive cover, I fear by January it will be to late to advance from mediocracy to the giddy heights of european challenges, I gave fat man this one last window to prove me wrong and show he had ambition for us, but the only thing he proved is that aslong as we stay safe and he can attract decent players to sell on for profits then he's happy and he couldnt care about the best most loyal fans in the world. Be very interesting to see what AP has to say when he comes out of hiding. pd

I'm tired of these long rants complaining about how the clubs run or dissing pardew, there's at least two a day.

A team like ours who finished outside of the top ten last year in what what can only be described as our first year in the premiership (albeit our our first on return) and have since signed 7 players who will improve the squad and help us push on can only be described as trying to move forward
Yes we all agree we need a top class striker for the 9 shirt but surely after the great start we have had and the improvement within the squad we should be backing the team and looking forward to the season ahead!
Cabaye looks a steal and santon will prove to be a cracking signing and the others should start to push forward for first team action and prove they can cut it means to myself that we have a great chance of pushing and breaking into the 2nd tier of the league and that will prove to be a great season if we can do this.
We all need to forget the past and accept we aint a top 6 team (yet) but with time and patience and not over exhuberant spending we can build on last year and carry on doing so for years to come with such a young talented squad that we have.
A new 9 is a must but for now we have to move on and do the best with what we have nad i feel that some of the lads in the team given a run will get goals and our defence looks hardy and will stay solid mostly so therefore i aint looking to have a go at the club and i am backing them!.....JKM,Spenny
