Well a new manager would be first choice but if we are stuck with Puppet and of course lose our better players then I wouldn't mind seeing a team something like this next season.

If we are still under pardew all that's going to happen is that whoever is bought in will just be ruined by him and his 3rd rate coaching staff.
If we're not going to change manager then surely we should change some of his back room staff and coaches to help him, and get the best out of players like benny and m'biwa and marveaux.
Mike Phelan, Rene Meulensteen, Ray Wilkins are all available and are 10 times better than the crap we have

Would like to see us go for the following from relegated teams so far.
Caulker
Mutch
Kasami
Mitroglu (yes he's not been upto speed yet but thing he'd be good with pre season under belt)
There's a few other youngsters at both but thing they would be more for the development squad rather than first team.
