Keeping Carroll and Nolan from scoring is no mean feat lads, keep the faith, we WILL beat QPR anything less is unthinkable.

Mate honestly were going down am proper gutted tonight wigan will win on tuesday against swansea at home were struggling to score so a win at QPR still won't be enough to many things going against us now the linesman fell over today so that's why we never won ball was just over
Agree0

Wigan were lucky boys today, Baggies denied 2 stone wall pens and Wigan had a goal line clearence in the last seconds, they stole the points and were rubbish in defence.
Agree0

Quit the negativity its the last thing we need, sunderland might just crumble after a 6-1 loss.

If Wigan beat Swansea and that other lot beat Stoke we are in the relegation zone.
Swansea and Stoke are both terrible on the road too.
Strap yourself in, sound the klaxons, things just got serious.
Believable0

Things didn't just get serious. it got serious months ago. the signs that we were useless were evident as early as atromitos away. relegation is a certainty

You mean the deluded lot beat stoke

We are deluded, class coming from you lot.

Crappy point really, sparks of life in the first half, but second half was awful. gutierrez just has to be dropped. Wigan won so that shows they're coming into form, and I think the deluded lot up the road will actually struggle against stoke. Especially with the loss of sessegnon. But we cannot afford to lose against QPR, we need to win, absolutely have to.
i still think sunderland might actually go down, the 6-1 loss has got to hurt them, although I think wigan might finish above us. I reckon 17th-15th will be our finish.
But how annoying it was when pardew took ben arfa off for ameobi! why not just take gutierrez off ffs. he really annoys me, hope pardew gets sacked in the summer although I know he won't

Benny was shattered was struggling to get back, that's why he came off. Goofy had cramp too!, fitness levels are rubbish and needs addressing next season imo. What I felt he should of done was put on Campbell as we had zero bite once Benny and Goofy went off.

unbelievable, UNBELIEVABLE!
I actually cannot believe it.
Did Pardew just take Ben Arfa off for Ameobi?
Back later, going to pinch myself.

I've kinda got used to it really, as i've also got used to hearing on the radio "Gutierrez gives the ball straight to the opposition"
Agree0

This was awful football and Newcastle will be relegated
Better off watching water polo
Same problems all season we have No one to score & it will relegate thus team
Wigan & Villa will pull safe next week only Norwich or Mackems can save NUFC
Agree0

I know our season has been bad, but I think I would give up on football if we played like West Ham.
If style of football was a woman, West Ham would be Joe Brand.
Agree0
Disagree0
Newcastle women's team could play better football than us wearing high heels.
Don't know why you're criticising West Hams style of play when we're just as bad if not worse.
Didn't we bring on the most useless player in the Premiership to hoof it to him?

Just when you thought Pardew finally gets it.
Plays Ben Arfa, Cisse and Gouffran upfront, backline looks good.
Then you look further back and Elliot is in goal.
For goodness sake, can we have one game where he does not pick a player that is a stand out liability.
If a player does not perform outfield they get dropped, why not in nets?
Did Harper tease Pardew about his Mother or something, I just don't get it.
Believable0
Unbelievable0
Whats wrong with elliot? decent backup I think.

That stand out liability as you put it kept us in the game today.

Team I'd like to see by September (considering we stay up!)
GK Krul
RB debuchy
CB Sakho 9.5m
CB M'Biwa
LB Rose 8m
RM Aubameyang 12.5m
CM Cabaye
CM Sissoko
LM Santon
CAM Ben Arfa
ST Cisse
Other signings: Weimann 3m, M'Bia 6m, Lowton 4m total spent 43m
Out: Jonas 3m, Williamson 1m, coloccini, Tiote 11m, Obertan 3m, Simpson free, harper free, Gosling 2m, Ameobi 1m, Ferguson loan, total in: 21m
Top 8 quality that team is, so if pardew is still in charge then I guarentee you ashley will sack pardew if we're not in the top 10 by December.

So we're going to sign another striker to play out of position?
Agree0

You want Rose 'AND' Santon 'AND' Haidara.
Are you sure?
Agree0

Rose will go to Sunderland
There is absolutely no chance he would come to Newcastle
They are already in advanced talks to sign him
Agree0

R u a villa fan?

We won't be signing Rose neither will Sunderland he'll be back at Spurs next season.

So no 1 english? Get me Scott Sinclair, Andy Carroll and Lewis McGugan (back up)

Sunderland are not in any kind of talks to sign rose permanently. i bet my life

4th post:
I'm pretty sure they haven't as tottenham said they want to keep him.
Typical deluded mackems come on here with a new messiah think they are the best in the world. Rose would choose newcastle over sunderland.
2nd post:
Santon must be used as a winger, and aubameyang is also a right winger as well. it will always rotate don't panic

Mine:
GK Krul
RB Debuchy
RCB: Sakho 10m
LCB: M'Biwa
LB: Rose 8m
RM: Aubameyang 13m
RCM: Cabaye
LCM: Sissoko
LM: Sinclair 5m
CAM: Ben Arfa
ST: Cisse
Subs: Elliot, taylor, santon, marveaux, gouffran, Diame 3.5m, lowton 4m
agree with santon being used as a winger. defo think we should go for diame powerhouse, a bit like sissoko, its what we need.
Geordie moses
Agree0

To be a winger you need to have a very affective final delivery santons final ball is no better than Jonas or obertans
Agree0

Weimann is worth more than 3mil even with only a year left on his contract. And why would we sell Lowton for 4mil when we paid 3mil and he's improved massively?

Listen to this part of pardews interview about Sam allardyce
"I think set pieces have been a problem for us this year, we're one of the smallest teams In the league"
Oh right Alan, so if we haven't got much height then Yh playing hoofball is definetely the best idea to play with s team who haven't got much height isn't it? Let alone you don't put faith in mbiwa, coloccini to win a header from a corner or free kick. Why not just curl it into the danger area, then anything can happen!
Clueless pardew, clueless.

As far as I am concerned Pardew's time at Newcastle is finished at the end of the season.
I have to say though, if he started Adam Campbell in today's game he would win back some of my respect. Adam campbell must have only spent about 20 minutes on the pitch in the last 2 months, and in those 20 minutes we have scored 3 goals if not more.
The lad is raring to go and it would be like having a young Rooney on the pitch, I see a lot in this lad.
I am not sure Pardew has the bottle, but I am holding out hope Campbell is considered.
Believable0
Unbelievable0
Young Rooney?
Agree0

I agree he's a talented lad and really should be getting on the pitch more. That he relies on Shola when the pace of Campbell would cause more problems is beyond me.
Agree0

Yep a ''Young Rooney. ''
The lad that plays for Man Utd.
Maybe you were thinking of a marsupial that crawls into its mothers pouch after its born?

Cmon lads we need to get behind the team for the last three games here, although I don't think any of us are very confident. We need sissoko and tiote desperately as the two holding midfielders. because let me tell you Diame is one heck of a powerhouse. Anita and Mbiwa as the two full backs, preferably mbiwa using his strength to deal with jarvis. Cabaye in the free role, HBA on the right gouffy on the left and cisse needs to stop being used as a target man as we actually need to play some good football, not hoofball.
Elliot
Mbiwa
Taylor
Coloccini
Anita
Sissoko
Tiote
Cabaye
Ben arfa
Cisse
Gouffran

I hope Jonas is not playing today, Pardew must see something in him that the fans dont. A few times now he has lost the ball whilst we were attacking only for the oposition to score. Time for a change Pardew its not working!
Believable0
Unbelievable0
Get yet helmets on lads after today 2 games to go & end of Premiership
Not only Ashley will look a fool along with AP but he has made the fans look like clowns for supporting this ineffective team full of promise since January but just not good enough

I see what pardew sees, utter commitment, leadership, work rate, ball retention, and he's one on the most fouled players in the league
