Ah. The magic of the FA Cup, the little teams. the minnows, having a good cup run, boosting their coffers, playing against the big boys. Is this their moment of glory? Will they produce a Cup upset ?- sadly no.

Disgrace to the north east absolute pants

I think I enjoyed Vaughan's finish more than Crouch's haha

Largest team? Smallest ground, smallest average crowd, smallest financially...lowest number of points .....ahhh largest number of deluded fans!!

We own our stadium, are an established premier league side, didn't desert our team like you lot did until Keegan came. Fair weather fans

Think Frankie or Sarah Vaughan could have made a better job of that clearance! Absolutely hilarious.
By the way do you think Sessegnon's heart is really in Sunderland? And where is Superboy Whickham these days?
Agree4

Sunderland couldn't even manage a capacity crowd against us geordies!
Agree2

Established Premier League side? We have spent more season in Europe than you have in the Premier League. Desert your team?/ You don't turn up to desert them. SMB

Back in 1991 - 1992 the season Keegan came in to save us from relegation div 3....Blunderland we're also in div 2 and were on a cup run that took them to wembley to play Liverpool in the FA Cup final....you'd think the whole of Blunderland would be buzzing with excitement and the Toon would be really flat after a terrible season.....so I wonder you SMB why did the Toon Army end up having a bigger average attendance
Agree3
Disagree0
Seriously you're 10 points ahead of us in the league and we just got battered in the cup and you're still harping on about attendances!
Agree4

Cos most of the sgbs on here only see their team on motd as they cant afford sky and their season ticket holders are majority kids and the 8,000 who got theirs for fat mikes bargain giveaway of £100 big crowds big ground biggest under achievers in premier league history what a joke club lets all laugh at the geordies got no one in the ground who was their or can remember winning their last domestic trophys
Agree0

We cant afford sky or season tickets but our kids can. That makes stacks of sense. You can't fill your ground when they give the tickets away for free. SMB. Season over for the deluded unwashed.

Biggest under achievers in pl? Sure that would be liverpool. End of the day ask anybody outside the north east who's the bigger club, Bet you no nobody says Sunderland
Agree0

Lets all laugh at the geordies premierships natural born losers who chucked that big lead away not the entertainers lads the premierships under achievers lol

Smb's never ever even sniffed getting a lead to lose! . Ever finished in top 6 in pl? Nah didn't think so! ha
