And we think we are in disarray? I know who I'd rather be at the moment. Priceless from the great unwashed.

Couldn't agree more. The PDC revolution has come to a grinding halt, well that if it every started. Is it to early to call him agent Di Canio?

Agree0 Disagree0

Agent dicanio? 14th April 2013 - Newcastle united 0-3 Sunderland afc. He wasn't much of an agent that day for you was he lol.

Dirty knees we love you.

Agree0 Disagree0

5-1 we've won more derbies than you, we are a bigger club than you.

that is all.

Agree0 Disagree0

Next round of the cup, wait till leeds do you over tonight, but when you doing the demonstrating or has that been put on hold because your club has gone from wee to tiny bit bigger after your 2 wins?

Oh my god Sunderland sacked di canio already! At least give him time! He's had 5 games with his new signings you can't expect him to work incredible magic in just 5 games wtf?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Make ye wonder how alan has kept his job so long mate

Agree0 Disagree0

Bad news him getting sacked!
Good news he is only going to be remembered for one thing and that's beating you lot at sid james lol!
Liono74

Agree0 Disagree0

And we still have Pardew. I wish he has half the passion of DiCanio

Agree0 Disagree0

Beating us by playing us on the counter with 10 men behind the ball and waiting for Jonas to make a mistake! Don't worry things will be back to normal when we thrash you at the stadium of blight

Agree0 Disagree0

Yeah that was his tactics! Wait for jonas to make a mistake! Lol. That is truely the most deluded, blinkered and downright unrealistic thing I have read on this page in the 3 years I've been coming on this site!!
Ridiculous

It's banter liono.

Agree0 Disagree0

''And we still have Pardew. I wish he has [sic] half the passion of DiCanio''

Do you watch many Newcastle games?

By the way, that is a rhetorical question, we already know the answer.

Di-canny-No just been sacked

Believable0 Unbelievable0

It was only a few weeks ago that lot were on our page saying we were getting sent down because we got beat with 10 men, against City away.

They were on here giving it large, calling us a circus and talking about all these cracking new players that came in, and how PDC was going to have them firing on all cylinders. LMAO

I would type haha x 100 if I thought the Ed would allow it through.

What is it the Mackems like to call us? ''deluded'' or something like that. oh dear oh dear.

Agree0 Disagree0

You are a circus.
You are fickle and deluded.
Were you one of those that were calling for Pardew to be sacked 3 weeks ago,
called him a hero for the last 2 weeks and now wanting him to go again?
LOL.

Agree0 Disagree0

No we still want rid Jizz, however YOU definitely were on the people bigging up Dicanio ALL summer and now slating him, you lot are deluded (and sh*te) enjoy the championship!

Agree0 Disagree0

I did not agree with his appointment
However, he was given my full support.
I have never slated him.
He was a hero for saving us from relegation.
He was a hero for his passion.
He was a hero for his dirty knees.
He failed.
He went.

Well, looking at the Man City/Man Utd game, our 4-0 away with 10 men doesn't look so bad now.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

2. 3 against hull still makes us look crap again tho,, cisse has to be dropped, that's prob why we never got any other striker because he never gets dropped /! remy, goofy,

We need to buy more english/british players in January to balance out the squad. My suggestions are:

Aaron Lennon
Adam Lallana
Jay Rodriguez
Keiron Trippier
Alex Oxlade Chamberlain
Tom Ince
Jordan Rhodes
Alex McCarthy
Ciaran Clark
Gabby Agbonlahor
Luke Shaw
Kyle Naughton
James Chester

Believable0 Unbelievable0

A lot of them are way out of our reach now, maybe Robbie Brady who teased us yesterday for Hull? The likes of Lallana, Oxlade Chamberlain, Ince, Rhodes, Shaw and Lennon are at a range where Mike Trashley will not enter the race.

Agree0 Disagree0

What makes you think the squad is unbalanced?

The team needs good coaching, there is nothing wrong with the players we already have.

Agree0 Disagree0

I mean balance it out in terms of nationality, we haven't got enough british

Agree0 Disagree0

It's not a great point, arguing for more Brits. Overpriced and often overrated (certainly, English) - Ross Barclay in eng team already - perfect example.

Agree0 Disagree0

Barkley, I think will be class, next gerrard, ox chamberlain like were going to get him, hughs from derby more likely,

My team for leeds
4231

Elliot,
Debuchy, Taylor, M'Biwa, Haidara,
Anita, Gosling,
Marveaux, Vuckic, Sammy Ameobi,
Gouffran

My team for everton
4141

Krul,
M'Biwa, Taylor, Coloccini, Santon,
Tiote,
Ben Arfa, Sissoko, Cabaye, Gouffran,
Remy

Cisse needs to be benched. Remy has been fantastic that's why he deserves to have the leading striker role, I hope pardew realises this. Taylor needs to come in, and M'Biwa needs to take Debuchy's place (Finally some competition and rotation) We'll play everton on the counter, like we did against swansea and west brom in the 11/12 season, as the 4141 was the formation we played against them (Basically a defensive 433) Tiote in the anchor role, he can come back into the team motivated and ready to give his all. Sissoko and Cabaye as box to box midfielders.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

4. 2. 3. 1 is a step backwards. We will not score as many goals, and the backline will do what it will do anyway.

Agree0 Disagree0

Taylor can't play he's out for 3 games. need to put a fairly strong team out so we can get back to winning. yes I would drop cisse agree with that one. watched the match yesterday all I can say is we did'nt come out of the dressing room at half time ( dunno what goes on in there ) but we wer'nt the same team after the break never mind things ain't that bad a bit tweeking here and there we will be ok. geordie tom

Agree0 Disagree0

Taylor is injured not suspended still. i'd play near enough same team. just rest HBA-Colo and Remy. rest need starts to get form n fitness back. Cisse needs to play.

Agree0 Disagree0

Team against Leeds should be
Krul
Santon
Colo
MBiwa
Dummett
Cabaye
Sissoko
Tiote
Ben Arfa
Remy
Guffran
and we should play the same team against Everton DesToon

We don't need to over react to this result. Put it down to a bad day at the office, it happens and no doubt it will happen again. let's move on. It was only the week before we beat a good Villa side at Villa. What really worries me more than the result is Pardew has his excuse to bring Jonas back in to the team. He may drop Cisse and move Remy through the middle but he will stick Jonas wide before he does Marveux or Gouffran.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Spot on mate, every team have results like this. in the season we finished 5th we lost to west brom, norwich, fulham, wigan, let's hope the loss against hull will be one of the last stupid matches we lose. I think we'll come back a better side against leeds and end everton's unbeaten record!

What I can take from yesterday's match.
1) Debuchy is whack, I said so even after Fulham and Villa games. He can't handle it when someone goes at him.
2) Cisse need to be dropped, if only to give him the kick he needs to the the basic things right (stay onside). Also I think he pulled out of a header from a Ben Arfa free-kick delivery.
3) the midfield was was too compact - too many times we were caught out when try to pass the ball to a colleague 2 yards away. If posession wasn't lost, then momentum in the attack certainly was.
4) Ben Arfa and Remy are still woefully short of match fitness. I can understand Remy but Ben Arfa had a full pre-season.
5) substitutions lacked sense. I failed to understand our shape when Remy, Cisse, Ben Arfa and Gouffran were all on the pitch for a short while - I think Marveaux would have been a better replacement for Cabaye, he has played central for use before. Then Gouffran should have replaced Remy or Ben Arfa (only because they seemed short of being able to go the 90 mins), or at a push Cisse.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

More fool me, tempted back by a little bit of false optimism. Oh, well. What did I see? Ben Arfa greatly over-rated, running into trouble all the time. Has he no brain? Anita, tidy and accurate, MoM by a mile. Cisse, very badly served by the midfielders and both fullbacks, having to challenge in the air or take passes on his chest. Goofy, Marveaux both anonymous. We desperately need a real winger. And still rubbish at corners. I'm staying away again for the foreseeable. Vic

Here is hoping Manchester United get beat today, if we are on the same points as Man U after 5 games, it won't look so bad.

And to be fair, the season we came 5th, we lost a few silly games similar to that one against Hull. I remember a few bad results against the likes of Norwich that season.

Put it like this, I would rather get 2 wins and 1 loss over 3 games, than 2 draws and a win.

The philosophy of the team is right, we kept pushing for more goals even when we were ahead, and I think if we parked the bus after going ahead most of us would be unhappy.

Add to that, it did take a wonder goal for their 3rd, that was a once in a blue moon type goal.

We have a very good set of players which is the important thing, now if only we could coach them to live up to their full potential. I think our back 4 looks incredibly strong, but it keeps underperforming, clearly from bad training.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Again, I totally agree with you, the marking was what let us down, hopefully that wsa just a one off because we were on good form and playing very nice football.
