Swansea supposedly about to get Bony for about £10m. I think we really missed a trick on this guy, seriously good striker. Him and Cisse could have gone together beautifully - hopefully we'll go in at the last minute (although can't see why someone would want us over Swansea).

Whu matched the bid still looks fav to joins swansea

Newcastle unwilling to pay more than £15.2 million for PEA. If a deal including a player cannot be reached then newcastle will turn to other targets. Obertan or marveaux favourites to be switched

Believable0 Unbelievable0

15.2m will be accepted hopefully.

Agree0 Disagree0

Source?

Agree0 Disagree0

I think the transfer market value on PEA is around £13.5m and no way will Ashley pay more than the market value imo.

Swansea 0 Newcastle 3, may of been couple of years back now but what has changed. Classic counter attacking football away from home, front 3 sat on the half way line and broke with pace. These players should not be dropping deep to pick up the ball and defending. Last season we just invited teams to attack us and had no outlay and look what happened. So Mr pard's if you manage to sign PEA or BONEY or even SINCLAIR, let them play the football their best at. Ball to feet, played with pace, use the wings and attack. If not sign BENT the lone long ball king. Cheers all had to let that one out.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Don't remember beating them 3-0 a few years back.

Agree0 Disagree0

I remember beating then 2-0, 2 season back with 2 great goals from Cisse.

Agree0 Disagree0

Do you mean 2-0

Agree0 Disagree0

I think when we played west brom away that year and won 3-1 we played some of the best football I've ever seen us play. Ba on the left Ben Arfa out right and Cisse through the middle.

perhaps that was the game OP was thinking of?

See the mackems are panic buying squandering money again buyin garbage. We will sign worldclass players or future stars.

Fancy them for relegation guaranteed.

If we sign PEA we will finish around 6th we have an outside chance of the champions league I think.

We have a quality squad equal to spurs etc so wiith a couple of signings we will be awesome.

Last season was a blip. Pardew and Kinnear will be a good team better than dicanio and he's cronies and he's so called udinese model.

MAGPIE AND PEAS

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Dreamer wake up man We are behind these teams

Agree0 Disagree0

Agree0 Disagree0

Well no technically ashley's spending max 10m because of the players sold

Agree0 Disagree0

But he won't put it back towards funds

Agree0 Disagree0

HAVE YOU EVER SEEN A MACKEM IN MILAN?

Reports from the Capitol of Lambardy suggest that the Piazza del Duomo is positively crawling with them his morning as club representatives attempt to finalise deals to bring a host of Inter Milan players to Wearside.
Meanwhile Newcastle's wait for a close season transfer breakthrough looks set to go on a little longer. Reports this weekend placed Director of Football Joe Kinnear in the west coast Welsh sea-side town of Aberystwyth - eating fish and chips and playing slot machines in the sea front arcades.
Club officials refused to comment on suggestions that the purpose of this trip was to cast an eye over promising Aberystwyth Town centre forward Aron Gomy.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Milan may be crawling with Sunderland scouts.

But it will not be to get any good players, put it like that.

They must be on the look out for more teenagers that are surplus to requirements.

We went to Inter and picked up Santon, deemed the new Paolo Maldini and highly rated, with a Champions League and Serie A title.

Let's see who the Mackems get LOL.

They are probably looking at the B teams with the check book out, like a cattle auction for spoiled cows. hoping to pick up a sneaky one that looks half good.

Agree0 Disagree0

The players 5under1and are signing have absolutely no PL experience, only roberge was a first teamer for his club.
So it should be like this
Reports from the capitol of lambardy suggest that the piazza del duomo is crawling with sunderland scouts who want to sign Fringe players that Inter see NO Potential in them bearing in mind they have a great youth academy.
Meanwhile newcastle's wait for a close season transfer breakthrough looks set to end as they are lining up bids for Aubameyang and Zouma and are set to match Cardff's bid for Ince and while hope to tie up all three players by the end of next week.

Agree0 Disagree0

Jel are u? Who are the "superstars" u signing? Bent? Lol

Agree0 Disagree0

Look how santon turned out. average at best. maldini? What planet do u live on?

Agree0 Disagree0

Our dof was chief scout there! Think he might know what he's doing! Wow santon, do you know how many lbs get labeled the next maldini? Loads. Running scared sgb

Agree0 Disagree0

Jealous? Why would we be jealous of roberge, cabral, diakite? Average players at best! We are going for players like Aubameyang, Zouma etc.

Agree0 Disagree0

Santon one word poor

Agree0 Disagree0

Running scared of what? The team that finished below us again. your banging your drums again with all these players you are buying who have proved nothing at their clubs never mind the PL. Setting yourselves up for a fall but better still a good laugh for us. Come End of September you will be calling for the fascist head. you do it every season. Another false dawn awaits the cheesy chip brigade.

Agree0 Disagree0

Great youth academy and who got them there? the sunderland scouts ha

Now that the transfer window is open, I expect it to hot up on here with people saying that "tv is reporting that we've had a bid accepted for so so, or talksport saying we are in negotiating with so so"

I also expect to see us really try and get in Aubameyang and Zouma, they should be our top 2 targets.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Good because that is exactly what has happened in the past.

We need to read Newcastle United signed Quality player PEA and one or two more, not we made an offer that was accepted, because as we know unless we compete on wages we will not get the player just like the mecenary Remey.

Agree0 Disagree0

Well JFK goes on holiday at the weekend so I doubt much will happen as he has final say apparently. Unless it's all done via mobile phone.

Agree0 Disagree0

4 Years out of football and he still needs a Holiday!

What a JOKE.

Agree0 Disagree0

Targets will be identified and agreed so no need for Kinnear for a week
