It looks like Toon are looking into signing Dejong. I think we dodged a bullet when he turned us down and went to Germany for 12m, where he flopped big style. From what I've seen of him on loan, he just hasn't got it. Do we want lumped with another Shola? No thanks. As for Laudrup as manager, ask yourself why he doesn't stay longer than 2 yrs at a club. And when he leaves a club, ask yourself why he gets bad press from his ex employers. The man is either up his own a**e or just pi**es everyone off. let's hope we replace Pard-Who with a young, bright, hungry, positive manager who will get the best out of our flair players.

Luuk De Jong is exactly what pardew wants-a target man to hoof the ball up to and has no flair. As for managers, i'd love someone like frank de boer, he can work on a tiny budget, knows how to develop youth players, and can bring us some very good football. We all know he will be snapped up by spurs as they are more ambitious than us.
