selling your best player. not good
your best striker sent off and will miss 3 games. not good
your loan player if it comes off has been voted a massive flop by the club sending him on loan. not good
wot a time to play your rivals. bring it on
I predict a 3-1 or 3-0 victory to the red n whites n riots in the Toon (again).
let the good times roll. C'MON

1.) All i'm going to say is, bring it on.

I think the fact no one from sky was at NUFC to report on any signings or out goings, I watched tv from 5pm and did not once see any report coming from barcode land. The quickest you get rid of Kinnear and Ashley the better as they look like they don't give a toss about your club and have made it the laughing stock of the EPL.
I think you will struggle if a couple of your key players are injured, yes I am a Mackum but am not slagging you off just stating a fact, hopefully SAFC's signings will gell soon and pull off some suprises, we did have a shocker at Crystal Palace as every club will do at one stage or another of the season so I am not panacking like a few are.
All clubs have bought to improve but Ashley seems to have ignored that and is relying on a loan who is still going to court and may not be returning.
You will buy in January again so will not go down but will finish in 15th or so with SAFC just ahead of you around 12th.

1.) We have kept our squad together and added Remy.

That is much better than the business that Sunderland have done.

Sunderland have sold/loaned/dropped any player of substance, and added 14 flops.

The Newcastle squad is essentially quite strong. Sunderland is like a lucky dip, it will never 'gel' because the team has not been constructed with any strategy.

Selling Sess and not replacing him, after complaining religiously about needing a creative midfielder just symbolizes everything going on at Sunderland.

2.) I don't care what Sunderland have done and if you think that this has been a good window for us when everyone else including former pro players says it been shocking then you need help. Ashley is taking the mick and continues to do so.

3.) Agree with 2nd post haha

4.) They signed Giaccherini and Bonini to replace sessegnon, both better players.

5.) Gianccherini plays on the left and so far is having trouble making simple passes, Borini is a flop striker. They have not replaced Sess.

6.) Actually Sunderland have got a strategy
I'm not defending them though
If they put the right players in the pitch which they havnt so far

2 wingers will cut inside and shoot or pass
2 full backs will run beyond and cross
Tattermole will hold and that Pi will create playmakers
2 up front will be target men

They got to make it gel first though

I felt a bit down this morning so I thought I would watch a comedy to cheer me up. so I watched your match again. I feel good now.
On a serious note kebeb will go for 15-18 million and you lot want to keep your fingers crossed that Krull is not sold by fat Mike as he is a good goalie, could have been double figures if it was not for him.
Yes City is a hard place to go but your defence was shocking, your attack was the same, not a lot of positives at all.
I cannot see Pardew staying much longer, either he is sacked or will walk by the end of October, who will take over. I will keep reading to see who you lot think you want. keep it real on your choices. as a lot of you think you are top 6. bottom 6 most likley. top dogs this season SAFC. I will now have a bath in the tears of the toon my black n white friends. ttfn

1.) Largey I would more concerned at getting beat off Fulham than City. We weren't great no doubting that but we won't play City every week. I reserve judgement until we play the similar teams around us. Keeping hiding your already burst, false revolution.

2.) Top 6 is where Newcastle United deserve to be, its what the fans deserve to be watching week in week out. Not like a side who got hammered by city.

3.) I would be more worried if we got beat at home by Fulham and had already spent all our funds. ;)

4.) We got beat by a goal that should not have counted, Fulham goalscorer had his hands on the defenders shoulders so he could not jump. last time I checked that was a foul, apart from that Fulham only came to play for a draw wheras u lot looked poor apart from Krull who kept the score down. Only 13 more days till the end of the transfer window, how many will u get, Gomis went quiet by the way. Not worried for SAFC but u lot want to keep fingers, toes n testicles crossed

5.) You got beat end of story. Always an excuse with the mackems.

6.) Always excuses? You mean like " you can't expect us to beat city at home, nobody goes there expecting to win" sunderland managed! The real problem at the toon is you fans! you're expectations are massively overinflated, you say YOU deserve to be top 6 because you watch every week. What about every other team in the country do they not deserve it? Consider yourself fortunate you have a team, if ashley hadnt bailed you out after the 90s massive overspending you would be rangers! Speaking of ashley if he reads a millionth of what you lot have written about him over the last few years, who could blame him for running you're club into the ground?
P. s. yes I am a mackem
I have loads of black n white friends
Sick of seeing them go through this every summer.
Thanks for listening
Liono74

7.) Yes SAFC got beat, I am not disputing that, but you got whupped, very lucky to keep it down to 4. Its funny other posts from fans not of our two teams have said that they could see a big improvement in SAFC's play but, here's the bit you will say is wrong, NUFC's play was the same as last season. crap. and unless you spend cash a lot of cash you will be relegation fodder. we were both dross last season but SAFC are in process of putting that right whereas you lot are not. I rest my case

Hello my black n white friends. bet you regret laughing at at SAFC getting beat. it looks like you will be bottom by the end of the match. its 3-0 now could have been 6-0 by the 1st 15 mins in the 2nd half. at least you can smile, keep up the good work lads. HAHA

largey

1.) Now now, Largey there is nothing worse than gloating.
I am shocked at you.
I can't stop grinning, the wife thinks I have lost the plot. She could be right and I've joined Pardew & Co.

2.) Nearly as funny as your dark horse team getting beat at home to Fulham. Think before you type.

I bet our new striker Altiadore will score more than Cisse, that's if you don't sell him.
I cannot wait for the Asian Cup on Sky to see our new signings in action.
You lot may have signed a player or two by then.
SAFC forever

largey

1.) Oh yeah when he last played in the prem he scored 1 goal in 28 games!

2.) I remember similar comments about graham. That worked out well didn't it

3.) Why do you harp on about his record at hull? 4 years ago, first time the KID had played outside the us. Check how many assists he had tha season. I know you're scared but to keep on bringing up a kids record is pathetic. Players improve and he has massively. Be afraid be very afraid because our yank tank is comming for Yous!

4.) Why come on here shouting the odds without any substance. The comment points put his last effort in the Premier league. Nothing to shout about and still nothing to shout about.

5.) Sunderland signing giaccherini, peruzzi, mavrias, matri this weekend. Some quality there.

Newcastle getting left behind, although I do think the toon will make 2 or 3 top signings.

Sunderlands squad needed a overhaul, newcastles does too but not a drastic.

6.) Not much quality, inexpierience. will take a long time to gel
