For goodness sake, I wish AP would wind his neck in and draw Ben Arfa back into the fold. NOW. It ain't too late. The thought of Benny in the championship as was suggested with the Lee Clark link, makes me wobble at the injustice of the world. He's one of the best players with the ball at his feet in Europe!

He would win the championship by himself, if managed well he could be amazing and one of the best footballers with the ball at their feet. Another solution is to sack Pardew!

Is anyone else getting a little fed up of people coming on here and saying people should open their eyes/see sense/wise up about current set-up and buying players?
We KNOW the board is useless, AP a bit useless etc. etc.
But let us believe. Let us hope we can at least get some decent players in.
And even if you believe we won't sign anyone decent, let us suspend belief for a moment on a TRANSFER RUMOURS SITE and at least have some fun on here! It's what it's about.
1.) I know how you feel, but this is simply reality not negativity.
The only way the fans will be lifted is if we make a marquee signing or a very good start to the season.
I can't remember the last time we made a marquee signing that excited the fans, only Cabaye but let's be honest, a lot of fans had never heard of him.
Ashley is the cancer at Newcastle, and unless he sells or changes the negativity will continue.
Newcastle were once every one's second team, we were once in the same bracket as Everton spurs and villa, and we are just an average club now.

Anyone that thinks Sameobi staying is a good thing needs their head examined. He will NEVER make it as a player with us. Not sure he'll make it with any team in the PL. Not good enough. Ditto Shane Ferguson.

Similarly I am not for the regime at all (yet more self-created bad PR coming out about denying coaches comp tickets today!) but how come every time anyone puts a reasoned post up about MA and co, he is told to 'get real' and words like 'joker' and 'moron' are bandied about? Ashley might be those things - god knows he has done some stupid alienating things - but he has done some good for this club too.
Some people can't wait for the team to fail so we can lay it at his door - 'we all told him we needed a CB and ST. He never even put his hand in his pocket, not really. Fat useless cockney b*st*rd!'
And if you loathe the administration, let's have a proper talk about it. I have problems with MA but how can you have a reasonable discussion about it when a) people shout you down and b) you don't/won't admit there have been some small positives under MA?!

Two drunks doing that at closing time isn't outrageous. Two impetuous teens doing that to impress their mates isn't outrageous. Two footballers doing that in the heat of the moment isn't really outrageous.
A manager doing that with little provocation is outrageous. He's meant to be setting an example man. To the players, the young fans, ruddy everyone! Stupid doesn't cover it.
