newcastle are to step up their interest in florian thauvin to replace outgoing jonas gutierrez who has seen intreast from clubs in spain and argentina
1.) Florian Thauvin just signed for Olympique de Marseille for 15 Million, we will not pay in excess of that and Marseille will not allow the sale less that 6 months later.

just to be fair.
does anyone think Pardew SHOULD stay? I've heard everyone saying they want him out however I've heard no one since christmas saying they want him to stay.
1.) Not even Mrs Pardew
2.) He's going nowhere. he fits the bill perfectly for ASHLEY.
Do people think Ashley as most of us did sit down and enjoy some graet football in the CL semis, not a chance he does not know or want to know about football on the field just how much he can get out of NUFC.
So it is the fans choice to do what the want to do and if that is going to matches that is up to them BUT everything goes to Ashley.
It's like giving a robber a tip.

Absolute shambles today. It's not often we dominate man city like that. Shame they had ref/linesman on their team. That goal should of stood according to FA rules as goofy never touched the ball! The entire FA is corrupt. This season none of Liverpool, Chelsea, arsenal or man city have been better than us (at SJP anyway). The only difference? The so called officials. Football as a game is dead, only business remains now.
1.) I'm not going to a match again with him or the one we had against Cardiff both awful refs

Anyone else think that the only signings will be replacements? Can see people leaving then cheaper players brought in

should colo play at center back against norwich and push mbiwa to right-back?
heres a few stats about when colo is playing
•Without him - 1. 18 points and 1. 7 goals conceded
•With him playing- 0. 9 points and 1. 9 goals conceded
iron mike williamson and mbiwa have been brilliant since so they should both still start
1.) Tiote and M'Biwa are two future captain's and vice captains for us when colo leaves. For me, I think we don't need him, so keep the same back four, although i'd be happy if pardew brought in colo for santon and pushed m'biwa left back. but I think ben arfa needs to come back into the team (to play behind remy) instead of shola against norwich. because we won't need as much defensive work ethic as we did in past 2 games. But norwich is still a very tough game and the players cannot get complacent for it, norwich is as hard as any game
2.) With debuchy out for the norwich game I would put santon at rb m'biwa lb & colo can slot in along side willo.
Also I agree with jtoon give benny a free role at home. I think the two Norwich centre halfs will struggle to cope with benny n remy more than they would with shola!
3.) Geez. it's horses for courses the next 2 games will be just as difficult not forgetting although Mwiba played great and Williamson steady we could have and on another day conceded 6
Give Pardew a chance it's his job not ours
We win a few games and suddenly we are world beaters don't forget Blunderland who are crap just won 3 out of 4 against good teams
4.) Yes you are right vida the next two home games are just as difficult as any. Debuchy's out? This is news to me? Suspension?
