Newcastle are on the verge of completing the signing of Charles N'Zogbia. He wants to come back to Tyneside as his former manager Joe Kinnear who he had a bust up with is not at the club anymore. Wigan are going down this year. And 6 million is the quoted fee for him.

Enrique looks set to leave providing Liverpool/Arsenal make an offer (Can't see Arsenal buying though, unlike Liverpool who do need a LB.) Tabanou/M'Bengue/Wendt to come in if all goes well- most probably M'Bengue.
Barton is waiting to see how things go in the transfer market and such, so, if he does leave, it won't be until late on.
Krul or Forster will go out on loan with the other challenging the ageing Harper for No.1

Ed- any chance of Newcastle signing moussa sow or Kevin gamerio??? Cheers {Ed001's Note - there is a chance, but both are unlikely right now, both have attracted a lot of interest and the wage structure at Newcastle has lowered significantly. But it does mean the players coming in are almost certainly choosing to play for the club over the money on offer elsewhere.}
