HI, any news on Ranger going on loan? you guys rate him?

Tbh he frightens defenders with his pace but in my opinion is a poor finisher. Yet to score a premiership goal Had a few very good chances back end of last season and missed the lot, I'd be happy with 1.5m for him, best bet drop down to the championship

Electric pace, needs to work on his finishing. We've turned down 2 or 3 loan offers, Pards wants him out, permanently.

I find it hard to beleive that Hughton wants him he couldn't control him at Newcastle.

Honestly....he's absolutely useless. Potential this, pace that. He's a striker who does not know how to score goals.

No use to a team who hopes to compete in the prem.

The LUFC site is saying Enrique deal is on hold till we sign a LB.sounds as though this is plan B and is in line with the Pieters story.

Ive herd Liverpool have turned there intentions to a centre back and are trying to push through a £8m pound deal for scott dann.

{Ed042's Note - All I know is we have showed renewed interest in Bendtner, wages were and still could be the stumbling block, +50K a week player.. few Arsenal sources saying his future will be made public tonight or early tomorrow, havnt heard anything with Jose other than LFC seem to have cooled interest, conspiracy theorists will add 2 and 2 and get 5, say that thats because hes on his way to Arsenal you know yourself}

Thats funny as bentdner plays for arsenal not liverpool so would not work.

This is a wild one, and I have no idea of the reliablity but theres a rumour going round that newcastle are after Benzema from Real Madrid on a season long loan if Madrid complete the Adabayor transfer.

Madrid would contribute a percentage of his wages in order to aid the deal.

Like I said though, take it with a pinch of salt.

Would love to see this happen and there is the Ben Arfa link here. However, I thought Benzema had already said he wouldn't move to Newcastle? Or at the very least he didn't want to leave Real.

Would love it if we got him, think we will have to settle for someone else though. Bendtner definitely leaving......I'd go all out for him to be honest.

as mentioned in a reply on a previous thread, the enrique situation has become a clone of the n'zogbia scenario a few short months ago, an agent filling a players head with thoughts of high class football with a top club only to find out that there is no firm interest in him, (agent angling for an agents fee/slice of any transfer fees one suspects) do not get me wrong, he is good enough to warrant a place at said clubs, however they do not wish to sign him at this time
