My mate has just come back from portugal and got talking to a lad at the airport who says he was on trial at us (had photos of him with squad including pardew and beardsley). hes a portugese lad called silva not sure what team hes from though. take it or leave but i think thats who mite have scored

People saying we should sign Erdinc or that we will attempt another bid in January are wrong. He was transfered to Rennes in the summer towards the end of the window for 8m Euros...

No he wasnt, he still plays for PSG and he's happy to stay and they chairman/director says he's happy for him to stay as i quote "he's a player of the right quality we need to in our side, and im happy he's staying"

Liverpool fan in peace - I am looking at putting Krul in my team in this transfer window but don't know much about him. Is he likely to keep his place once Harper is back? Cheers

Hi Krull is on fire at present m8, i suspect he carries more favor with Pards and so will probs be in team more than Harps who by the way is quite a ways from returning from injury i've heard. Hope that helps.

Krul is our new number 1, unconfirmed but its true, Harper is really struggling with injuries and has told pardew he is willing to just play as back up until the end of the season when he will retire weve signed Elliot because of the Harper issue and also due to the fact weve agreed to sell Forster to celtic at the end of the season

Pardew in Basel to see Switzerland vs. Bulgaria to see Bayer Leverkusen striker Erin Derdiyok. Apparently Graham Carr also watched him recently against Leichenstein.
