Hey ed, Since Tottenham have signed Dembele, you think Newcastle will still look to Loic Remy or is that done? {Ed001's Note - they are not contingent on each other, it is Willian that plays in the same position as Remy. I know Remy is available, I don't see any reason why Newcastle couldn't nip in, unless they just have no interest. I have certainly not heard of any concrete interest, but Newcastle are very good at keeping it quiet these days.}

Believable5 Unbelievable9

Not that they have no interest, they have no money

Agree0 Disagree0

Got no money, clearly another Sunderland fan without a clue what they are talking about. We are the only team in the PL that made a profit last year... {Ed001's Note - Stoke made a profit, Arsenal made a profit, Man Utd made a profit. You are not anywhere near being the only Prem team to make a profit.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Ed ,I thought Man UTD had mega debts! {Ed052's Note - They do}

Believable10 Unbelievable13

Spoke tom him this morning at training ground "undecided but looks likely" he said press conference set for 12.30 this morning

Agree0 Disagree0

Should never put timings on a comment makes you look silly when it doesn't happen. SMB.

hate to shatter your dreams of signing Carroll but all over liverpool page he is off to AC Milan on loan

Believable12 Unbelievable18

The liverpool pages all say he's going to newcastle, milan aren't mentioned

Agree0 Disagree0

Thank god....thanks for the money for a whole new team, btw

Agree0 Disagree0

After paying £35m for him I think it's Liverpools dreams that have been shattered, thanks for paying for our current squad btw

Agree0 Disagree0

Andy caroll wont make us stronger, but he will make us 17mil worse of financially , money that could be used to really strenghten the squad.

Agree0 Disagree0

I really hope so

Agree0 Disagree0

Milan have come and said they have enough strikers so can't see that happening tbh.

Agree0 Disagree0

Someone has not read what Brendan Rodgers has had to say about loan deals for Carroll.

Well, it looks we might have ballsed up with Debuchy. Real Madrid are allegedly after him so if we miss out on him, Ashley has alot to answer for. The deal should have been concluded weeks ago. Cant be playing hardball on every transfer...No doubt a panic buy will be brought in of inferior quality

Believable11 Unbelievable10

Panic buy. when ever has ashley funded a panuc buy

Agree0 Disagree0

The club is in it's present state of good health because of our transfer policy, Debuchy hasn't gone anywhere yet and if he does go to Madrid then tough for us but not every deal works out and who's to say if we agreed a fee with Lille Madrid might have come and matched it anyway, on top of that how many times have you seen him play a couple of run outs in the Euro's if he so brilliant why haven't the big boys swooped already for a reported 8m euros?

Agree0 Disagree0

How do you work that one out. we were never and maybe should never be spending what real madrid are offering on a 27 year old

Agree0 Disagree0

Just the other day Guillem Balague said that Real have been looking for a right back this year, but have not found anyone yet, so I can't imagine they have just realised Debuchy is available!

Agree0 Disagree0

If Real Madrid are interested then that is game over, We have already gambled on Chelsea and Inter Milan not buying him. What is the point in having Graham Carr scout players if Ashley is not going to sign the players he picks out.

Agree0 Disagree0

Yes you can play hardball on every transfer. if you give in on one people will know we are soft on all. Ashley is a better businessman than you or I will ever be

cabaye and tiote out by friday pardew will resign

Believable16 Unbelievable23

Pardew will never resign - he'll wait for a pay off

Agree0 Disagree0

I would resign too.

Agree0 Disagree0

This is bull sh1t for 3 reasons.
1. Wenger has already said he doesn't want tiote
2. Cabaye isn't going to leave because none of the top clubs want a player like him especially for a heafty price tag. He also won't leave if debuchy joins.
3. Why would pardew leave. He is managing one of the best teams in England's and there are no jobs available for him to take up If he does leave.
In conclusion are obviously a sad mackem so how about you fu(k of to your own rumours page

Agree0 Disagree0

Clearly a Mackem stirring it up , take a hike

Agree0 Disagree0

The 'he wont leave if we sign debuchy' stance irritates me greatly. Didnt Cabaye leave Lille....? Yawn.

My sources very close to Karim Benzema's agent tell's me that a Karim Benzema season long loan move to Newcastle is expected to be done within 48 hours, also there is pictures of Benzema on twitter with something looking like the Necastle airport in the background.

You read it here first! NUFC

Believable8 Unbelievable18

No chance what's so ever

Agree0 Disagree0

Why would he go out on loan? YOU MAKEM! go sign Llorente

Agree0 Disagree0

Off to spurs

Agree0 Disagree0

Actually I wrote about Benzema weeks ago hopefully and Ed can back me up (Singapore contact) but its not a loan

Agree0 Disagree0

Benzema (although french) will simply not fit in at newcastle. he is far too arrogant and will feel too important in lowly newcastle. the team would rip itself apart with him in. id prefer to see higuan move here, hes far better and less of a handful behind the scenes. i can see us signing a player that hasnt even been mentioned yet this window. everytime we go to sign, 3 or 4 clubs jump on the band wagon as everyone now knows how efficient our scouting system is!

Agree0 Disagree0

Who is going to pay the first 150k on his wages, I think we could just about afford whatever comes ontop of that.

Tiote heading out before friday. Deal apparently done to arsenal. Deal on the quiet til his replacement secured. Talk ofa big name from europe to appease the fans angry over tiote departure

Believable11 Unbelievable28

Load of bull.on his way to Arsenal {Ed052's Note -

Agree0 Disagree0

Rubbish. Wenger already said he don't want Tiote.

Agree1 Disagree0

Unfortunately Wenger has past history at saying he does not want players and then signing them - was saying that about Arteta until the day before he signed if I a remember correctly
Not saying this rumour is true but would take everything Wenger says with a pinch of salt

Agree0 Disagree1

Arsenal can not and will not match the 25 million valuation they will instead sign mvilla for closer to 15 million

Agree1 Disagree0

As long as we get £25m for Tiote and a replacement of the same quality then then there is no need to worry.

Agree0 Disagree0

Never Going to Happen.

Why go to Arsenal, Dont get me wrong they are a good team but lose all there top players season by season.

I think moving to Arsenal will be a step in the wrong Direction. If progression is wanted they need to move to a team consistently challenging for silverware.

Agree0 Disagree0

Name the person of equal quality? In the PL only Ya Ya Toure is as good as him in that role and we ain't going to be getting him.

Agree0 Disagree1

So your saying that we are screwed once Tiote retires? How much did you know about him before he signed from Twente? Nothing! Thats right! Ofcourse there are other players out there who can be just as good... Young bigi already looks like he is on the right path.

Agree1 Disagree0

YaYa Toure as good as him? I think you may be getting carried away with Tiote, Toure is head and shoulders above him and no i'm not a makem

Agree1 Disagree0

At this point Arsenal is a lateral move at best since they sold their 2 best players

Agree1 Disagree0

I agree i think Toure is the only player of that position that is better than Tiote, i think itd be a mistake to sell him, we lost the game at chelsea in the middle of the park, which Tiote was greatly missd

Agree0 Disagree0

If its being kept quiet how do yopu know about it

newcastle ins-
carroll 17m
douglas 4.5m
debuchy 6m + add ons

Believable22 Unbelievable33

When does the window closed. 31st or 2nd. I've heard both mentioned {Ed052's Note - 31st}

Agree0 Disagree0

So nearly 30M I don' t think so!
17M on carroll would be a massive waste

Agree1 Disagree0

I personally cant see the reasoning behind 17m for big andy,(and id love to see him back) but we already have two target men (Ba & cisse) and when for less money we can get what we need in Remy a pacy striker who knows where the back of the net is.....

Agree0 Disagree0

With just 3 days and 8 and a half hours left I don't see one in let alone 3.

Agree0 Disagree0

If you think Ashley is going to spend £27.5mill in one go you're obviously following the wrong sport.
Didn't you know his hands are glued to the INSIDE of his pockets?

Agree0 Disagree0

Wish we had come to you for the 278 million to save the club.

Agree0 Disagree0

Looks as though Debuchy is going to Spain - feel the deal should have been signed sealed and delivered along time ago
Now we can't sell Simpson and will lose on the transfer fee which would have funded the additional cost for Debuchy

Agree0 Disagree0
