Have it on good authority that we will sign 3 players before close of window them being carroll, douglas and debuchy

Every deadline day im disapointed,ive got that feeling the same is going to happen on this one

Douglas agent comfirmed today he is staying at Twente and playing for them on thursday so that's a dead duck.

Can't see any incomings and potential 2 outgoings - simpson and Tiote on last day - excuse that no time to buy replacements and wait til January - sounds a familiar story

Can anyone explain what good it does Pardew saying daily we fear a bid for one of our big players? Is this a underhand way of telling us someone is leaving or we are powerless to resist an offer. This clearly sends out the wrong signals to any targets we may have.

Ashley needs to back the team that finished 5th last season. We are only 2/3 players from really challenging for a top 4 spot. We can't keep buying cheap to sell on at a huge profit. It won't always work.

Good crack mate puppet pardew says it coz he will be waiting on ashley to find out how much he will be putting in his pocket. i cant stand ashley wish he would sell up? thing is we have no debt now but cashley wont spend to take us that step up we will finish no higher than 11th ,get carroll back

He will always offload his players i wish we had mon and short to be honest at least they are lookin to progress in the future. all we do is get good players then sell them we have no chance.

Unless he's saying it do when we don't sign anyone and don't actually sell anyone they can at least we kept our players and the fans won't be as bothered

What we do know is NUFC including AC's departure have taken in well over 220m and have the comfort of 70% more from TV this season
Only half year acounts have been released and the 2nd half due last June are yet to appear,
That is why in Ashley's tenure at this club everything will be shrouded in speculation until the true effect of brilliant trading since Jan 2011 are available for all the fans and then lets see what the pro Ashley clowns have to say.

A tad frustrated with our lack of activity in strengthening the first 11. Debuchy is a must because he adds a new dimension. He's quick, strong and will provide great support going forward. Simpson simply isnt good enough. Dempsey (who looks like he could be joining the filth) would be an excellent signing as he can play midfield or up front.

How can Pardew win? So he says nothing and then we sell a player and he'll be the bad man for not being honest. He is being realistic if Man Utd come in with a daft bid then the player is off. The only clubs in the world who aren't like that are Man City and Real Madrid (bank rolled by Spanish government). Look at Ronaldo, Figo and Kaka all sold by massive clubs in their time

What you hope is that if someone goes we have player(s) lined up. Debuchy should have been here by now it's pathetic we've left it this long. We also need a CB. This summer is the same when we had a good season and all we got was lee bowyer on a free,we still need 3 players in my opinion,then pardew can thank mike nd derek for getting them over the line!!!!

Latest Rumours of 17million being offered for Carroll! If we have 17 million to spend why are we spending it on Carroll? I would rather see us spend 8-10million max on a 3rd striker. That leaves 7 million for the defensive we cover we desperately need!

Well at least i think carroll is fit Cisse aint i was at chelski and i would have had him of after 10mins he did not give a rubbish never tried once carroll will shake them up they are going on about this ramadam crap well dont play him untill he is sorted judging 1st 2 games of season 11th will be where we end up TOON BARMY

I cant believe people are flapping saying we will finish 11th after 2 games! we've beaten spurs and lost away to the european champions, hopefully we will bring in 2 more faces and challenge for the top 7
