I'd like to see Newcastle to make a move for Thomas Ince of Blackpool. His decent player. Bobby.

Good shout mate.

Maybe but Guidetti would be a better option,Both same age but guidetti is already a lot better then Ince.

sunderland fans make me laugh they keep sayin they gettin into europe cos they have bought adam johnson(cant see he only there for the wage pack n newcastle night life n cos no1 else wanted him) and steven fletcher (a player that cost 14 mil who also got relegated with wolves because he couldnt put the ball between the big white posts which would of won them games and kept them up) them 2 signings cost what the higher side of 20 mil haha we got nearly a full squad (which is now playing in europe) for a couple of million more

Believable11 Unbelievable17

Not one fan has said europe is on the cards, so your deluded remarks have no truth , we have signed one wuality player in johnson ( witch any prem team would have loved to sign) n one striker thts lets face it is terrible , with t days result just proves your about as gd as a mid table table , didnt even challege chelsea and your ment to be up there with them

Btw welcome to the prem anita haha
Silverback

Agree0 Disagree0

Chelsea played well we on the other hand played average.....and arsenal, chelsea, united never even enquired about him at all so tbh they dont want him...mancini sold him and u never sell a top player unless he wants out to go to a better team...champions of epl and champions league to mid table...and i believe if spurs had wanted him like qpr he would og gone thee as they offer europe and qpr offer higher wages to get a player...so savour your only moment in the last 2 seasons as it wont last....k

Agree0 Disagree0

Liverpool and Spurs both wanted him.
He chose Sunderland.
Havnt I read on this site , how many of you lot wanted Pratdew to put an offer in for him?
A.C. £35M
Bent. £24M.
Fletcher. BARGAIN.

Jeez.

Agree0 Disagree0

There's no doubt that Johnson is a top player, you are just bitter saying otherwise! And as for there Fletcher comment, didn't demba ba get relegated with west ham? Good players can go down you know! Like you did, how high do your lot rate Colo? Surely if he was that good you would have stayed up?

Agree0 Disagree0

Theres no question about Adam Johnsons ability, but it's a well known fact throughout football that Mancini was ready to get rid of him due to his lazyness and suspect attitude and inability to work hard for the team, tracking back etc. This is why none of the CPL teams were interested. So good luck with that £10m gamble with massive wages. SMB

Agree0 Disagree0

Think you'll find aj took a drop in wages to sign.banish the green eyed monster, you'll feel better!

Agree0 Disagree0

Didnt buy johnson to defend thats what defenders are for. we bought him to attack teams. as for fletcher we shall see at end of season. think you will struggle with current squad to finish in top 8 this season you need to buy experience instead of teenagers

Agree0 Disagree0

Fletcher 14m, Ben arfa, ba, cisse 15m

Agree0 Disagree0

Yes ba was relegated with west ham but he cost us nothing he also scored something like 7 goals in as many matches ..... u have paid 14 mil for fletcher n i dont think he even scored 7 all season

Agree0 Disagree0

Supose we should of signed saha and Cuellar haha get a grip you horrible SMB. We have signed two teenagers and two 23 year olds. Also who has two of the best strikers in prem with two I te best midfielders in the prem also our two cb's could get in every team outside the top two. Unlike your pensioner and rapist with your horrible inbread vandal in cm. I would have colback and Johnson as there both Geordies and are above average. And as for the person slagging Anita, I'm guessing you realise this site is monitored and racism is pretty frowned upon in civilised places but gues you wont know that being scumberland. You's also realise your teams still sh** signing one average striker and a good player doesn't mean you team will be ready for Europe.

Agree0 Disagree0

Here we go thick smb r gana win the league coz they sign 2 players ? Johnson hardly world class cudnt even get into euro squad haha well see in may wen yous finish 15th or below

Agree0 Disagree0

What a load of rubbish. Bobby.

Agree0 Disagree0

Howay lads gi the mackems there due fletcher scored 12 in 24 so if he stays fit he can do better, johnsons a cracking talent sold like adetbayor to aid the fair play situation man city have i would love him here and ive just seen that dempsey is 1/7 on to sign for them too from 16/1 with defoe at 1/2 on too, theyre gonna chase us hard this season aye

Agree0 Disagree0

Dont forget fletcher always scored against us and you lot up the road haha he is coming to get u again haha cant wait, FTM

Agree0 Disagree0

How many goals has Ba scored since then ?

Jeez.

Agree0 Disagree0

Simple effective FACT, Where did sunderland finish last season!

Where did newcastle finish last season! HAHA

Who beat you last season!!,,, Who went in for Anita and got TOLD NO! I want to Join Newcastle??

We have signed class and up and coming talent. You have signed a nobody from Wolves for a crazy fee and a Player from City that couldnt get in the team. Johnson has talent but you have a poor squad. All our players are linked with TOP TEAMS, I havnt heard one story this summer about any of your players which only again states the facts, You are a poor club with very little talent. Time will tell when we do you again this season and Cisse scores a Hatrick

Agree0 Disagree0

What are you all talking about fletcher if quality he played 2 seasons with wolves in premand got double figures in both seasons with the terrible supply wolves gave him he has a 71% strike and goal accuracy seesangon fletcher jhonston larssonand possibly dempsy judgin buy the perfromance you toon boys gave us at the bridge i would be concerend because there is no way you will keep all your players if you lost ben arfa or tiote you will struggle to finish higher then sunderland and what do you plan to do when african cup of nations is on a month with no strikers ?

Agree0 Disagree0

We will do what we did last january and onwards. Get more points than all most all PL teams except Man U and Man City , Newcastle still have one of the best records in 2012.

Drawing against a poor Arsenal side doesnt make you a great team.

We had 2 games to prepare for which were 48hrs apart which any team would struggle with.

Goes to show how much you know about Fletcher, He scored 10 in the 2010 / 2011 season in the league and then 12 last season in the league.

Im sure if shola was fit he would equal that amount''' But does than value shola at £15MIL (I DONT THINK SO) Bitter Sunderland will always be in the Shadow of Newcastle.

Agree0 Disagree0

Cant believe how bitter and angry Newcastle suporters are. Get a grip and stop being a bunch of whingers ranting on. As for us signing hasbeens and johnson and fletcher at least we are signing players. Who have you signed exactly? At least our owner is willing to spend money. I love how yous constantly post 'sunderland always in our shadows'....What has Newcastle done over the past 50 years? Absolutely nothing.

Newcastle update:
Newcastle are expected to make a couple of late signings in the next week

Newcastle are waiting to see if lille progress through to the champions league before making a final offer for matt debuchy, if lille miss a out they will have to sell to raise funds personal terms were all but agreed the only issue will be the injury he picked up in lilles first game which newcastle are currently monitoring, expect a fee of around 6.5 million + addons

If newcastle fail to sign debuchy they will instead turn to juventus for uruguyan full back martin caceres, the former barcalona defender was a star player in juve's unbeaten season but wouldnt come cheap, newcastle see him as a versatile fullback and centreback making him a major target as they look for strenght and depth altough a fee upwards of 9 million would make a move unlikely

Newcastles hunt for an striker likes set to come to a conclusion this discussions with psg for former target kevin gameiro are advanced ahead of a potential 8 million cut price deal, gamiero has struggled to hold down a regular place as psg continue with there big spending and the arrival of ibrahimovic spells the end of his time there, expect a deal by mid week with the player signing a 5 year deal

Newcastle have looked at other strikers incase the deal breaks down with remy, borreilo and helmes being looked at as alternatives

Newcastle are hoping to get one more body in midfeild before friday the club are weighing up moves for both expereinced and young players on loan deals some of the names mentioned are jenas, adam, wakaso, cognet and sissoko but id expect the unexpected as ever with newcastle.

One final thing to clear newcastle should hold on to most of their players this summer the only question is tiote although the clubs valuation of 25 million is unlikely to be met, but anita is a ready made replacement if anything happens this week, cabaye, ba and cisse wont be leaving no offers have been made and no replacements signed so fees would have to reduculas for them to leave.
The only player we may lose is danny simpson now he is the last year of his deal the chances are that there will be at least team interested in getting on the cheap for a couple of million

Believable19 Unbelievable6

Think these are the best rumours ever, but sadly can't see any of them happening

Agree0 Disagree0

It would be delightful if all this happened, but I just don't see it.

Agree0 Disagree0

Pardew has already said he doesn't see us getting one out of the bag and has already looked at targets for January and next summer. Lille are a cash rich club having just getting 30+ million for Hazard so hardly likely that they need to sell.

I still think that we will Debuchy and a young striker.

Agree0 Disagree0

Why do lille need the money when they just sold hazard for £30m+

Agree0 Disagree0

Think this a good assessment of NUFC position.Pity the press couldn't be as logical in their rumour ramblings.Only bit I cannot buy is Jenas and Adam both overated and over the hill

Agree0 Disagree0

Sounds great......but i dont want to get my hopes up. I want to belive a striker and cb will come in. But who knows...not us!

Agree0 Disagree0

Lille spent a big chunk of the money from hazard on martin if they lose out on the champions league money they will have to sell, another thing since when did anyone beleive what a manager says; all deals are kept quite for as long as possible

Agree0 Disagree0

Also Lille are not cash rich atall, They've just built a new stadium costing £292million pounds and are relying on the Champions League money to help finance the repayments of the stadium, The only secure team in France is PSG and just see how long that lasts, French league isn't very strong and the owners will soon get bored and just stop the funding

Agree0 Disagree0

Yea missing the champions league money, they will only get that back for selling a big player and some from the Europa League which will cancel the money out and half of the Hazard money to because they will send some of it

Agree0 Disagree0
