Steven taylor will sign a deal for 50'000 - 60'000 thousand a week and won't be sold, if he doesn't sign the contract he will be sold in january window.

Chris Hughton is hopeing he can offload Taylor for around £7-8m who is very injury phrone. with the money he'll give in to Marsielle and sign Ben arfa for £5m or bring him in on loan with the £5m agreed to buy if we stay up leaving him with at least £2m from the taylor deal plus ashley will give hughton cash for the right players, Micha richards will join possibley on loan depending on what CIty want to do but its proberly around £4m Fer is very close to signing the wage demands are rubbish he'll sign as Smith is being sold in Jan once Gosling comes back Also Expect one of Keane, Vela, or Sturridge to sign, Keane being hughtons prefered choice. Look for Micah Richards to replace S.Taylor, Man City have told NUFC they will only sell him to them if they pay 4m up front and take caicedo on loan

Taylor will be orignally quoted at 10m but will leave more likely for 7m, with Stoke being the most likely destination.

This will then give Houghton the extra funds needed to get Ben Arfa in on a permanent deal

Just to clear things up. Hughton will make 3 more signings, Ben Arfa WILL sign hes in Newcastle at present training on his own, Also his agent has said hes signing for Newcastle, Newcastle will pay £40k of his wages with Marsielle paying the extra £15k to make up his contract at marsielle, if Newcastle stay up Ben Arfa will be offered a 4 year deal on £50k a week for £5m the deal will happen on the last day its been held up due to the fact the 2 clubs could not agree on a final buying fee at the end of his loan if the club are to stay up he will be the second player to break the wage cap as S.Taylor has been offered £45k a week on his new contract, also Leroy Fer will sign, Hughton only has 2 DM Smith and Tiote and he wants another as Smith looks likey to be sold although he could stay till Jan. And last. Robbie keane will come in on loan.

I worked at the marriot 5 years ago and that was the only hotel they went with. Don't no if that has changed over the 5 years iv been gone. So I think if Ben arfa was or is in Newcastle that were he had been stopping. Just a guess like. I think jo will be a better loan signing than Santa cruz as jo did well when he was at everton on loan.

Newcastle do use the Marriott mate I work there. You need to do your home work . Most of the away team who plays Newcastle stop there but not all do. When a player is about to sign or has signed they stop there till Newcastle get a house ready for them. Ben arfa has been stopping at the Marriott fact!
