Newcastle to sign remy, sakho and Debuchy early in January and maybe Sissoko of Toulouse

Believable9 Unbelievable11

Fed up of these rumours, lets see that cheque book out, and some come in quick, these players if any good are been touted around for all clubs now, its a free for all, 3 points of relegation these players will be thinking twice at mo for a better offer

Agree8 Disagree1

Simple rumour with no facts or new news at all.

Alex is injured at the moment at PSG, no way they would let sakho leave at the moment.

Someone drank too much over new year... Whats with the Qpr players? They are woeful.

Agree13 Disagree3

I think we will only get one centrback in january and another in summer. Cisse no thanks. I would like Remy, Sissoko, Debuchy, Douglas, isimat-mirin, ince and aubameyang from january and the summer

Agree6 Disagree5

Shouldn't you stay on the qpr board Harry, we know you want rid of your high earners but this is a bit extreme.

Newcastle have put in a bid for french centre back Mirin but Liverpool are considering matching there bid as they also need centre back cover.
Moussa sissoko is a prime target for centre midfield although if the asking price is too high the diame of WHU could be an option.
debuchy is a done deal
Strikers is a difficult one depending on if ba leaves, i believe we need two strikers in. one young backup and one starter to replace ba. Aubamayang and Remy are two top targets to replace ba. The backup striker Alvaro morata of real madrid on loan with view to permanent

we need to sign remy/aubameyang even if ba stays. having three strikers isn't good enough every team has at least 2 good back up strikers we don't have any, ameobi is a substitute player who gets the odd goals.
when was the last time he started and scored?
also we need a really pacey strong striker, obertan is quick but not quick enough to get past full backs, your probably thinking he is quick but don't forget when we played west brom shane long ripped us apart and he always does to any defence with his blistering pace. so someone like shane long would be ideal.

Believable6 Unbelievable0

Obertan not quick enough theres a lot of things he lacks but pace isnt one look a the goal he set up at arsenal

Agree8 Disagree0

Tottenham, Chelsea, liverpool, and arsenal dont. Only the two manchester teams west brom and stoke do

Agree3 Disagree0

Obertans biggest barrier is his mind, there is nowt wrong with that lads pace or footwork. Ive not seen him get out of 3rd gear for 12 months!

God, I really hope we can get remy through the door, we've got qpr to contend with though, but why an earth would he want to go there, yes, playing time and wages, but he'd still be getting more playing time at Newcastle, and would be at a bigger club.
Ed, what are the chances of Newcastle getting remy now? {Ed002's Note - Chelsea, Spurs, Newcastle, Everton, QPR and Lille have shown varying degrees of interest in Loic Remy but there have been no approaches to Marseille regarding Remy from Liverpool. There was discussion with Chelsea about Remy during the negotiations over Azpilicueta but it came to nothing. Remy would perhaps be interested in a move to England but his recent form has been poor and Marseille know it will be difficult to get a good price for the player. Newcastle will very likely complete the transfer of Remy in January, although there is a slim chance that they might face opposition from Everton who made a recent approach to Marseille about his availability on loan and QPR who are looking for a deal invloving a player moving in the opposite direction. As far as Marseille are concerned, they have started looking for a replacement.}

Mate we are not a big club anymore mike ashley has seen to that

Agree8 Disagree8

We're as big a club as we have been in recent years.

Agree9 Disagree6

We've always been a big club and always will be. If we weren't big we wouldn't be 19th in the top 20 most popular european clubs in the world.

Agree4 Disagree7

19th out of 20? wow

Agree2 Disagree1

No 19th out of hundreds. The top 20 was to show the top 20 clubs which if you look doesn't have safc in it anywhere

Newcastle transfer update
Debuchy has arrived and is expected at training today, terms are agreed were simply waiting to file the paperwork.

Demba ba's future is still uncertain the offer on the table is 70k on a four year deal, ba is holding out for closer to 90k and wants a buyout clause left in of no more than 15million.
He wont be moving to chelsea not becuase of tranfer fees or wages but simply becuase chelsea want him to backup to torres not instead of torres, he may still move but unlikely to be arsenal due to wages and contract lenght

Newcastle are hoping to complete a deal for moussa sissoko by thursday with anita guttierez and cabaye out and tiote going to anc there desperate to push a deal through, a bid of 3.8 million has been submitted

Newcastle are looking to the bundesliga for a cb, simon kjaer, benedikt howedes, sedar tasci and heiko westerman all been looked at although howedes could cost as much as 11 million so a loan deal for kjaer may be more likely

Loic remy is unlikely to be coming in until demba ba's future is decided hence pardew telling ba to make his mind up in order to make sure they can bring remy in, marseille were quoting 15 million however given his current form newcastle are hoping for a cut price 8 million deal with amalfitano going out on loan despite marseille wanting marveaux as part of the deal.

Other than loans or moving simpson on to qpr no other newcastle players will leave

Believable8 Unbelievable4

Why wait untill we sell Ba? ashley should be splashing the cash to build squad up and NOT replacing players

Agree7 Disagree2

Remy wont cost 15mill when his contract runs out in summer, if that was the case everyone will just sign a pre contract deal now and wait till june

toon are to make official moves this week for young french midfielder ismat-mirin and west hams james tompkins.

apparent dis-interest in remy due to the larges figures involved behind the scenes.

still interest in guidetti but his current injury status is blocking any interest

Believable2 Unbelievable7

Last line is completely contradictory, therefore im inclined not to believe anything you've said. good day.

Agree7 Disagree1

Ismat could be of interest... but james tompkins is not no better then the players in the shirts and there not good enough

Agree4 Disagree2

Last line is contradictory? Get a grip with yourself lad!
Just because the guy who posted it didn't use the words in the correct manner doesn't mean it's untrue!
Look at the use of bobby robsons wording and he was rarely wrong even tho I have a feeling you will say he was!

You sound like the countless other eternal pessimists who come on ere!

Most of the original post has been reported inthe press too. So in your words........good day
