Pardew has been given all of the Carroll money to invest in the summer but we shouldnt get to excited as Ashley will not brake the current wage structure so it is unlikely that we can attract the big names we all crave.

Matt Jarvis (wolves)
Dixon Etuhu (fulham)
He thinks the squad is a touch light of premier league experience and is looking for seasoned players who can encourage and improve what he believes is a fine up and coming crop of young talent.

Everyone keeps putting a small price tag on Jermain Lens yet PSV want around 8 million for him Newcastle may be able to talk down the price to around 6 million but that would include alot of add-ons. So 3.5 million and 4 is ridiculous.

Toon will sign 2 wingers, either Adam Johnson (loan) and Adel Taarabt or Alex oxlade Chamberlain and Charles NZogbia. 2 forwards signed will be Connor Wickham and Bafetimbi Gomis. Rest of signings will be made up from frees and bargain, like left back will b either Stephen Warnock, Oscar Wendt or maybe both, Nigel Reo-coker will be signed to be backup for Tiote.

I have heard that the N'zogbia rumour will fly through if Wigan go down but the price won't drop much as whelan hates Ashley for business reasons so price will be £11mil apparently.
