Our england U19 goalkeeper alnwick has been loaned to gateshead.

This is very good by Newcastle. Hes still young and steve harper went there and look at him now. He looks like he has a lot of potential 2 seasons out on loan and hell be 1st or 2nd choice. Ed what d u think?

{Ed042's Note - Definitely very good, dont know much about the lad to be honest but have heard good reports on him, going to be a season or two before he tries to make the step up and Soderberg is ahead in the reserves pecking order at the moment so getting first team football anywhere is great experience for the lad}
