The Yakubu stories are rubbish just like the Drogba rumours.
You don't have a clue if he has been offered or if Barton and Taylor are going the other way so stop bulls**tting.
Name your sources. {Ed001's Note - sorry but who are you are asking? Only I did say I don't know about Barton or Taylor, but I am definite that Yakubu has been offered, in fact he has been touted round pretty much every team in the Prem.}

No truth in the YAK coming to the toon . .newcastle were offered him in january on loan and turned him down TO OLD HIGH WAGES not what newcastle are looking for. . . barton and r taylor could go everton but to be honest don't think everton can aford barton he is looking for a three year contract of 50k a week everton havent got that sort money at the moment OLD PRO

you my friend are very very wrong, yakubu is on his way, secondly arteta, heitinga, yakubu, jagielka, cahill, are all on 50k plus so why couldnt they afford the 30 barton is on at us? i have a good source in and around the toon who says we where offered yakubu in january but it was before carroll left and it was a permenant not a loan so yet again you are wrong, i would put my house on this source, yakubu will sign and barton and rtaylor will leave to everton

ed have you heard from the barton side of things? rumours are saying he himself has already confirmed to close friends hes going back to everton?? {Ed001's Note - no mate, like I mentioned in the past, I know no one who would admit to being friendly with the Bartons or anyone connected with them. They are not held in high regard!}

Any truth in the swap deal involving yakubu ed? {Ed001's Note - Yakubu has certainly been offered to Newcastle, no idea of the deal involved or if Newcastle have any interest in him or not though.}

great isn't he like a one season wonder, gave all his clubs a good first season then goes fat again haha id rather use best! are you sure ed? {Ed001's Note - only that he has been offered, I have no idea if Newcastle are interested though. Yakubu does score goals, but he has knee problems that have limited his mobility and effectiveness.}

were we offered as part of a deal for barton? or just offered him as a cash signing? do you know anymore on the barton raylor situation? all the scousers seem to think its done and quite a few around the toon too, is barton a blue scouser? i thought he was a red like nolan? ed? {Ed001's Note - Barton is a bluenose, that might sway him to make the move, but I don't know if he is involved. My opinion is that it is very likely Yakubu was offered to tempt Newcastle to part with Barton and Taylor though. Everton have maintained a long term interest in both players but don't have any money to buy them with.}

Just got back of my lunch in work, and theres a scouser in work, blue half, hes just said that weve pretty much got yakubu as part as a deal for jbarton, isn't he struggling at championship level? i was hoping for more someone like hooper or bendtner, can you confirm anything on this one ED?? ?? ?? ?? ? {Ed001's Note - I can't confirm it is a done deal sorry, all I know is you were offered him.}

Barton to Everton? Thats the biggest load of rubbish I've heard all year. Barton has adopted himself as a Geordie and considers tyneside as his home now. He's also came out and said that he'd love to end his career at SJP. The same can be said for Nolan.
Evertons situation at the moment i can only see them signing players from the Championship/Lower leagues.

according to a few fellas who do the everton site bluekipper, his brother has said hes on his way home, its a done deal, 3 year contract him and ryan taylor, no truth in nolan going but good reliable sources say that barton and raylor are gone, but we are getting someone from them not sure who grapevine is saying yakubu, apparently foxes arnt willing to pay the 6 million only willing to do 4 or something so he may be used as a deal with us, but them 2 are deffaintly gone
