menez a 50/50 possiblity for 6m.mbengue(6m) or wendt on a free will replace enrique if he leaves(quite a good chance) and demba ba on a free. already signed mehidi abeid. xisco(2m), lovenkrands(1.5m), ranger(1m/loan), barton(5m), rtaylor(2m)enrique(10m), guttierez(7m) will al leave generating about 26m. transfers in will cost about 37m.

Gervinho has passed a medical in France and has chosen to join Arsenal not Newcastle, Arsenal can offer Champions League football and an abundance of French speaking players to make him feel more at home. Expect this to divert our attentions back to Seb Larsson.

I see alot of people putting gervinho/gamerio/mbengue/Cabaye/Nzogbia = to expensive at least low ball figures 12+10+6+5+8 =41 on transfers.
It seems the cabaye deal will happen and mbengue deal seems probable. 11 gone
Gervinho, Gameiro and Nzogbia on the very low end would cost = 30
So with this being spent i have to assume that all of scouting in the dutch league was to rack up frequent flyer miles ????
Personally think we will see two flair players out of the following gervinho, gameiro, nzogbia and Menez
i can't see Gervinho and Gameiro unless we decide to sign wendt on a free an forget about mbengue. Some transfer money has to be left to sign some of the unknowns out of the dutch leagues

There has been strong rumours that Gervinho Is vert interested in joining the Toon, Welsh toon said 75% Chance rate of him signing and Sky Sports news has also confirmed that we are very keen on this deal going through. If we do sign the lad, It will be interesting if we attempt to still Sign Gamerio from Lorient for the proposed bid of Ten million. . If we could sign these internationals it would be fair to state that Pardew is making an effort in this window and trying to back his policy of spending all 35mill on quality players. Abeid, Coyabe and Gervinho the most likely. If I was Toon boss I would stick my finger up to Gamerio and go all out to sign Sturridge. What you think!?

The commentators in the Lille match yesterday, also said that Gerviniho has a choice of two clubs and he would cost either of those clubs 10m.
Personally I would love us to sign Emmana who we have been heavily linked with on sky sports, he's like tiote but his passing is out of this world.
