Hearing Rumours that the attacking midfielder Romain Hamouma from Caen has been scouted by Carr. Hes a good technically gifted player with pace and strength. Hes 25 so at a good age. This is the sort of signing id expect us to make... low profile, cheap signings and then let them flourish at Newcastle.
