just talked to a friend is is well connected (ex pro).

Lots of interest in Martin Olsson...compition for LB and a natural Left winger. there's been interest before but now he's handed in a transfer request and blackburn relegated it should go through for about 3-4m.

This will not effect Debuchy deal which is still pressing ahead.

That will give us Debuchy, Olsson, Santon as regular fullbacks. Perch as utility. I expect R.Taylor to move on

Ryan Taylor just signed new contract

Agree0 Disagree0

Well the R Taylor bit was just my oppinion, besides when does signing a contract mean anything in the footy world

Agree0 Disagree0

If you think R Taylor will move on you have no idea. Def not this season, Pardew rates him as good cover, he plays for the team and can cover almost any position!

Agree0 Disagree0

I think Olson would be a very good signing

Agree0 Disagree1

I'm sure Blackburn said they wouldn't let him go for less than 8million. Being relegated doesn't neccesarily mean they can go on the cheap, wolves are asking for 15million for fletcher !

Agree0 Disagree0

Olssen is signing for S/land.

Agree0 Disagree0

If we get Olssen and have Santon, Perch and Ferguson for LB. If we get Debuchy we have Santon, S Taylor, Perch, Taviener who can fill RB. why keep ryan 'slow' taylor.

Newcastle to sign Steven Caulker after Olympics for £5m plus addons

Believable3 Unbelievable11

Why would tottenham sell him, they have just lost King, Dawson is reaching the end, they will need him....

Agree1 Disagree0

Vertonghen, Kaboul, Gallas, Huddlestone (seen as a centre half when he started his career), Dawson, Bassong. Plenty of Center Halfs there.... depends on whether AVB rates him

hi edd just reading the paper and it says nufc are only going to pursue the andy carroll deal if the ba fee is triggered just wondering do you think they hoping the fee is triggered?? and would you personally like carroll back....?? {Ed040's Note - i think that we would need a third striker as we are now in the europa league.

Believable7 Unbelievable7

Yes but a better and different third striker than carrol for the money

Agree1 Disagree0

Can only strongly agree with the post above. Not Carrol

Agree1 Disagree0

What when fletcher is 10 million+...??

Agree0 Disagree0

Look abroad

Agree0 Disagree0

Look abroad ? At least with Carroll you know he's a proven goal scorer in black and white, I personally would welcome him back happily

Agree0 Disagree0

You wont need one you's wont be in europe for long.

Nufc have bid £9m for Loic Remy.
Debuchy will have medical on 1st August after a £8m bid was accepted.
Douglas not happening. Anita not happening.
