Vertonghen will go to Arsenal, there's no doubt about that. Clyne will go to Man Utd, and Zaha possibly Liverpool or Spurs (we've probably got an outside chance of getting Zaha, same situation as Victor Moses a few seasons back).
If Wigan drop down, I imagine we will try to get Bingham. Rhodes would be too expensive/not in our plans, not especially when we need to shore our defence up.
I imagine our signings to be along the lines of Pieters in from PSV, another centre back, and a winger of some sort, then if Tiote leaves, a like for like player coming in. Wouldnt mind seeing Krasnic come in, he's unhappy at Juve at the moment, but I think Spurs will go in for him again.

Clyne would be a great signing the lad is class. I would not mind any of the other CB we have been linked with.
For me Williamson is like Shola, bring him on with 10 - 20 to go and they will be class... play them for 90 and you pull your hair out!
Taylor back next season, Clyne (who can play LB too) would be a good option
