Fact: Pardew is holding talks with Mike Ashhley to free up some money to spend. Fact: Joey Barton is in talks over a new deal. Fact: Andy carroll just signed a new deal and said he doesn't want to go anywhere. Ed - what do you think of the above statements? {ed's note - I think you are spot on mate, the only problem is whether Carroll would need to be sold to raise cash to spend.}

Ed-why would we offer andy carroll a 5 and a half year deal then try and sell a month after he accepts it makes no sense in offering him a contract in the first place {ed's note - it is a very simple way to increase the price tag.}

Ive also heard that Andy Carroll will leave for Man City its apparently well known that he's agreed to join them if Newcastle fail to finish high up in the table this rumour has been kicking around since Houghton left.

Hi I have a friend who is very close to the Newcastle set up, and he has told me that there are going to be 3 major premiership quality player coming our way. I have been told not to mention names, but teams we are buying from are Man City, Spurs and Arsenal! I know the player's names but I really cannot say as it may scupper the deals. The Man City star is signing for a record transfer fee.

This is the biggest lot of Cr*p i have reads in a long time.Record fee.You must be dreamin mate.
