Demba Ba's family have just got settled in tyneside, he will not be leaving Newcastle anytime soon, he is over the moon with his senegal colleague cisse being signed and with the form he is in with us he wouldnt risk leaving. He loves the toon.

NUFC Rumour:
Our only other buy of the window will be a new centre back to cover Colo and Williamson. The CB in question is Lewis Dunk of Brighton and England under 21s.
Scouts have been to watch him and our clash at the end of the month is the perfect oppurtunity for both chairmans to discuss the nitty gritty. Expect this to be a deadline day deal, with Brighton also sealing their replacement on the same day.
Also Colo is 50/50 to sign a new contract at the end of the season, the length (1 yr offered) not the money is holding up the deal.

radio newcastle had a german journalist on last night saying cisse is good player but he also said bayern munich were in talks with him and he was going to join them but for bayern to pull out at the last minute cos it didnt feel right
