I have a feeling you are dead on with the players coming in because erik pieters has a cast around his left foot again so looking like he has a very weak foot now and i also think we might bring in Marvin Martin as a replacement for danny guthrie plus sochaux look like they are getting relegated so his valuation will go down

Boudebouz might be a good shout from Sochaux also - for my money he's been brighter than MM this year. Moreover he's a couple of years younger.

Think the original poster could be spot on with his ins and outs, and tbh id be happy if that was our summer business.
However i also agree with the 2 posters above saying about Martin and Boudebouz. Been impressed with both of them, Sochaux may get relegated so prices wouldnt be too high and also i think they are the types of cm/am we should be looking at to partner Cabaye and Tiote.

that chelsea are interested in buying tim krul for a measily £15m.

And cech? He's past it now, not been as good since he got that head injury.
Their goalie who's on loan in Spain (think its Thibault Courtois or something) looks good though, would definitely take him and some cash though.
Right now though, we're level pegging with spurs and Chelsea, so a move to either is technically a step to the side and not up for him at the moment.

Looks like a good player. However unless you work close to Pardew or know scouts I would doubt many people know who we are looking at never mind guarantee who we are signing. The calibre of player will depend on what European Competition we qualify for. Good rumour though.
