Sunderland's u21's must be coming along nicely, they just beat their first team! LOL Di Canio livid! And now the SMBs are saying that "they weren't really trying" and jeez (The annoying one) said that with the money they got for sessegnon and mignolet, they spent it on players that will give 100%. They certainly gave 100% against those u21's didn't they! otherwise why would di canio be livid? sigh, mackems logic!

You just worry about your protest and Joe Kinnear - that ought to be enough to whiten your hair! Baz

Paolo di Canio is fuming with his Sunderland players – after they lost a closed-door game against the ‘kids’.

The fiery Italian planned the private practice match to give his senior stars 90 minutes under their belts during the international break.

Sunderland’s ‘big team’ were well and truly beaten 3-1 by the Under-21 side that plays in the Premier League’s Professional Development League.

LMAO. They're going down! What a farce.

Shows that sunderland is heading in the right direction with their youth policy and that some of the players form the u 21 could very shortly get a start for the first team. this would be a massive boost for the club in the future meaning they won't have to going the transfer market as they will have strength in depth.

Agree0 Disagree0

''Shows that sunderland is heading in the right direction with their youth policy and that some of the players form the u 21 could very shortly get a start for the first team''

Sunderland's U21 team is not known to be any good, remember they play against other clubs U21s, so they would be known if they were good.

The truth is that PDC does not manage the U21 team, so it goes to show the U21 manager is better at his job than PDC.

What has PDC done exactly, apart from beat us with MONs team. (He does not deserve the credit for that one)

Agree0 Disagree0

Goes to show that Sunderland will have a few young players they can play in the Championship lol.

They will still be riddled with journeymen and mercs who will hang on to the club unless they are paid out of their contracts.

Agree0 Disagree0

Any mention from you SGBS that most our 1st team are on International duty? nope didn't think you had brains to think things through before making comments and believing journo rubbish!

Agree0 Disagree0

Lol obsessed a bit. It was a training exercise. Fun, fitness etc. Young lads are a bit keen to impress and get into the team. Also it wasn't full strength and it was used as a way to try new things ie tactics. The press and media are patheticaly using this as another jibe at dicanio its sad. It happens all over the country first teams get beat off reserves, u21 etc in training games but goes unreported apart from when it involves dicanio, its a witchunt.

Agree0 Disagree0

You know what dicanio is going to get it right, he's going to be a success 90% of sunderland fans are quietly confident and we unlike geordies will be patient with our team and manager. It takes time to build a good team and dicanio will get the time needed. Boy will he make he's critics eat their words. Say what you want in reply I'm not bothered, I know we will have a lot to cheer about in the future.

Agree0 Disagree0

Haha SMB, how do Sunderland have the patience? Even some of you now are not sure about PDC! You really wanted MONs head but when you beat city 1-0 he was the messiah, it's the same Sunderland circus that happened with Bruce and o'Neil, bring in loads of players who you think are world beaters then you decide they are crap. Mackems=sad, deluded and very very fickle and thick.

Agree0 Disagree0

Wasnt the same said about Martin o neil

Agree0 Disagree0

It was such a bad result we have started a bookface page and are going to start boycotting our games.
. hang on that's you guys isn't it!
Liono74

Agree0 Disagree0

Just back from benidorm ( again ) got talking to some lads from sunderland about us about their team and their manager ( just to answer the lad who said 90 % of their fans are confident about di canio and their team) well those sunderland lads I was talking to have no confidence in di canio or the new signings that have come into their club. geordie tom

Agree0 Disagree0

Wait mag being a hypocrite? you were all calling for le pardews head and then a huge last 5min winner against fulham and now you will be top 6 agaibn, mark my words SGBS Paulo and Sunderland will be the ones laughing by the end of the season!

Agree0 Disagree0

Martin O'Neill WOULD of been a success IF HE HAD he's NUMBER TWO with him, which at Sunderland he didnt. Similar to clough he was useless without he's number two. So why do you keep going on about O'Neill?.

To the lad who went to benidorm lol classy, its full of chavs, so your a chav who spoke to a mackem chav who knows nowt.

You geordies take football far to seriously, its not called being loyal its called having a pathetic life with nowt else in it.

What do you even gain from such a pointless post? Look at your own joke club its been entertaining britain since 1992 when it was formed.

Agree0 Disagree0

Last post smb, how do we take football far to seriously? we simply have passion, we have the best fans in england that out sings any fans.

Agree0 Disagree0

Ha hilarious you deluded geordie take off your rose tinted specs. Best fans in England?how. You don't get the biggest attendance, you are not the loudest as recent tests Stoke and sunderland were the loudest in decibels, you don't have the most organised fans that's palace ie in terms of songs and banners flags chanting moving about. Liverpool and west ham have best songs in ynwa, bubbles. Liverpool are most colourful ie scarfs flags.

Which way are newcastle fans the best in England? Your not the loudest ie out singing other teams, 2k sunderland fans out sang you at sjp. Also sunderland were famous for the Roker Roar newcastle are not.

Get out of your bubble.

Agree0 Disagree0

Lol I very doubt scumderland were, we outsinged in all of our recent derbies since 2010.

Agree0 Disagree0

Are you lot deluded or wot, you only have won 1 game, now you think you are top 6 again, have you forgot all your problems that have made you a laughing stock of football, talk about fickle supporters. when Pardew goes your next manager will be Billy Smart, looks good on touchline with his ring masters outfit and whip in hand, bring on the derby, SAFC victory again, get ready for dirty knees again boys

Agree0 Disagree0

''Liverpool and west ham have best songs in ynwa, bubbles. ''

No disrespect to either of those clubs, but singing those songs at every game would do my head in. That song would get stuck in your head all the time. I think I would bring ear plugs after hearing that song for the 100th time.

You do know that playing a song over and over is actually a form of torture.

Newcastle are one of the most liked clubs in Britain. Us and Swansea are most peoples 2nd team.

St James' is known as the northern fortress with great fans too.

Sunderland is known as that miserable place with a smoggy cloud hanging over it, with a rubbish looking home skip. lol. Seriously, nobody is impressed by Sunderland.

Agree0 Disagree0

No mate people think GEORDIE SHORE when they think of Newcastle and its a favourite for stag parties guaranteed what they want.

Agree0 Disagree0

Newcastle are the most liked because they are good for a laugh.

Agree0 Disagree0

Northern Fortress lol what happened in the derby game or the Liverpool game 3 and 6 nill respectively. You lost 9 games at home last season and that's only the league not including cup so sjp is hardly a fortress lol.
