There's a few reports tht ashley is plannin on renaming st james park to sports direct arena. Fudge sake lyk jus wen we start to do well ashley screws it up

Believable2 Unbelievable1

I think it's time he came clean and told the fans how much Sport Direct are paying NUFC for the vast amount of sponsorship in and around the stadium.
If the amount is not in-line with the industry --> ASHLEY OUT!!
I just can't accept it if he is looking after his own company by doing things like this.

I am just wondering if there are any Mike Ashley haters that have changed their mind about him and the running of the club? As I have never been a massive fan of him but I am not a hater ether. Personally I think he has made mistakes but I think he has got it right. The players we sold are not setting the world of football alight, Carroll is a one dimensional player who would do better going to Stoke and I would not want him back, Barton is doing ok but I would rather have Cabaye, Nolan is not a miss ether! As it seems the players are more united than they have been in resent years! The only one who is doing ok is Enrique but I think that Stanton will be a better defender than Enrique ever was or will be.

So do people still want to see Ashley gone? As there is an old saying be careful what you wish for as it might happen! I mean would you want Freddy Sheppard back? I don’t think so!

Hmmmm yes it is as its
Jewett used the quote again in 1883.

“be careful what you wish for, because if you wish hard enough you are pretty sure to get it.”

Betty Leicester’s English Christmas, by Sarah Orne Jewett, in St. Nicholas: a monthly magazine for boys and girls, Volume 23, Part 1. 1883

Well sorry if it wasn’t word for word from the original source but since “sayings” such as be careful what you wish for originates from various components or variations of the “saying” from as early as 500 BC, then I am sure you can forgive me and I do hope that help to clear things up for you.
