So by all accounts it is devil and the deep blue sea. We don't want Uefa qualification and we won't spend to make the Champions league and the cups forget them just in case we make Europe again only leaves one thing tryng to finish just above 10th so we can happily plod on.

Forget any big names as they are NEVER coming to SJP unless they play for another team.

Ill be very surprised if we sign anyone at all this window

If we can qualify for Europa league should use it as experience for the likes of dummet, bigi, Sammy and Campbell.
Play the reserves and the youngsters as it would be the only high standard games where they can get experience.
We need to give the youngsters more playing time. Villa aren't doing well at the moment but the amount of youngsters that are playing May pay off for them in the future.
