Pardew will make another offer for ewerthon and the money they offered him was only 10k a week. Ewerthon is pardew number 1 target so he will sign him by the end of the week on 18k week.

Going to sign gervinho for 8 million in the summer, either him or Carlton cole. We will make a second bid for insomnia around 10-12 million and we will also try and sign players as defensive cover plus a centre midfielder if Guthrie and smith leave. If N'zogbia bid fails we will try for matt Jarvis of wolves. All of the 35 million from Carroll going on players there will also be a little extra money should pardew need it.

Just wondered how Alan Smith was getting on with his recovery anyone know? Also any chance the championship club you might flog him to is Leeds? ?
