Use our rumours form to send us newcastle transfer rumours.

Ashley gets us out of debt and has us nearly breaking even, he deserves more credit for what he has done by not wasting money on expensive transfers that have turned into flops like what previous chairmen have done, he has set up a good scouting network that has found us quality talent that hasn't cost a lot which has helped build a team challenging for 4th spot and champions league football next season. fair enough he changed the stadium name which wasn't on but the money generated from that bought us cisse and helped tie down colo and krul. Yet there are still fans that vandalise the stadium and smash up his shops, giving the whole country a reason to laugh at us once again.

Will you change your tune if things go bad again?

Agree0 Disagree2

Stop being a spoil sport. The whole country enjoys having a laugh at your expense.

Jeez.

Agree3 Disagree2

I just found about it this morning, I'm a mackem but WTF are some of your fans doing? ashley saves you lot from doing a rangers or leeds regarding your money troubles you had and so what changes your stadium name and your fans go and rip up signs? loyal fans more like pathetic!another reason why the country is laughing at you and you only have yourselves to blame!!

Agree3 Disagree0

Jeez, I don't know if 'jeez' is your name or if it's the word you use when you realise Newcastle are 10points clear of you, but if anyone wants to laugh at a club, it's sunderland, they only ambition every season is to finish above newcastle!

Agree3 Disagree0

Having a laugh at Newcastle?
Well your fans are making you look like a bunch of clowns yet again.
Pulling the Sports Direct advertising hoardings down, at last nights friendlyand stopping the game.
It could only happen at Newcastle.
Have to stop now I need pain killers, my sides are aching with laughing so much.
On National news.

Agree5 Disagree0

They only ambition?
What sort of English is that?
Our main ambition is to win the FA cup
which cant be one of yours obviously.

Jeez.

Agree4 Disagree1

Sorry but it was a very small group of youths causing trouble something the whole country has problems with.
And didn't your fans recently cause damage to two trains before the Boro game?

Agree0 Disagree1

To win the FA cup? at least aim for ambitions that are reachable.
newcastle are once again going to be playing European football where we belong, whilst scumberland try to finish in the top 10 with post man pat as their manager

Agree2 Disagree2

Post man pat and his black and WHITE cat

Agree0 Disagree0

We are still in fa cup you will notfinish in top 5 simples

Agree2 Disagree1

You think Campions League is achievable?
Dream on, you will fall apart shortly your luck having run out.

Agree2 Disagree0

What luck we never had any to begin with... anyway's smbs cant talk about luck, 1 - 0 against man city springs to mind, they dominated you and you get a lucky goal

Agree1 Disagree1

Small group of kids most probably the same ones chucking stones at the escort on sunday and the ones who invaded pitch at darlo but thats why they bad lads cos i was always told when i was young that if i was naughty i would have to support newcastle. good lad me though sunderland fan lol

Agree1 Disagree2

To say we haven't had any luck is beyond a joke we've been very lucky this season the game that really stands out is Wolves(2-1).

Agree0 Disagree0

Sorry but it was a very small group of youths causing trouble something the whole country has problems with.
And didn't your fans recently cause damage to two trains before the Boro game?

and didn't two smb PLAYERS players (bentned & catowail) recently cause damage to cars in Newcastle - shame on them.

Agree1 Disagree1

Luck is totally different when you are talking about teams being unable to score... look at the derby game we had 29 shots but were not composed enough to put more than 1 away

3m losses and you still owe Ashley 140m. Thought you said your club in the black ha ha

Believable2 Unbelievable4

Ashley will get his money back via european football. something you lot havent heard off

Agree2 Disagree1

£140M From European football ?
You are having a laugh.

Jeez.

Agree1 Disagree2

Did that include the £35m from AC?
If it does, then the trading deficit could have been far worse.

Agree0 Disagree1

That 35m went on Krul and Colocinis wages, 140m from european football?? which fantasy land you in? and you have to get in europe 1st and do well, something you won't in regards to both! SGBS

Agree2 Disagree3

Guaranteed the books will make alot better reading than blunderlands books! JEEZZZZZ! Haha

Agree2 Disagree4

Ashley will eventually get his money back and with the possibility of European football, selling the naming rights and the plans for the academy we're only going to make more money and break even.

Agree1 Disagree3

If for some miracle you make europa league with tv rights and going all the way and winning it only nets that club 10m max sold naming rights to himself you banana and acadamy plans will cost money not make it still 140m in debt FACT

Agree2 Disagree1

Only way ashley will get his money back is by selling the club. getting avg of 50,000 selling carrol for 35 mill t.v rights merchandising and sponsorship from changing name of ground payment from premiership and still showing loss of 3 mill who is going to get sold next season to balance the books

Agree1 Disagree0

Yes the academy plans will cost but what about the money we're going to save in the long term if we produce more youngsters.
And Ashley is still looking to sell the naming rights if he can make a bit more money from it.
It's only our second season since being relegated and we're already in a better financial position than alot of Premiership clubs.
The higher we finish and the way the club is being financially run will only look good to potential buyers and will get Ashley more money if he decides to sell.

Agree0 Disagree1

IF you produce young talent IF you can sell naming rights i dont know what ashley is asking for the club but add his 140m on to that and it looks a bit less appealing also by not owning sports direct arena and only renting from council it makes it difficult for smart business men to go for it take too long to make money back and then profit. just look at ashley

Agree1 Disagree0

I think these accounts have announced an "operating" loss of 3m, so this wouldnt include transfer fees or any money received from carrol. So looking very healthy.

Agree0 Disagree0

Only stating what it said on north east news but carroll transfer money was included as for bringing on the youth 5 or 6 were shown the door a couple of weeks ago.
