I'm sure last summer we said we didn't buy players because teams were spending money they didn't have (TV money due to be paid this summer) that's why Southampton spent a fortune on Gaston Ramirez etc. knowing they get the money the summer after, Pardwho said we wouldn't do that but would spend it when it's in the bank (a promise if I remember correctly) so my question is this, all that TV money we never spent and saved plus the Cabaye money and the rest of the Carroll money that was never spent where has it actually gone? Ashley hasn't taken it all out of the club but I do think the guy has an obsession with looking at his business' making profit as it increases his portfolio and makes him look good. I would just love to know what they plan to do with this money we never spent that everyone else did clearly something doesn't fit in terms of our books
Wasn't there something to do with that if we spent then we went into overdraft or something?
