People's teams for sunday?

Yeah that team looks pretty good to me, I just wish ap would find a solution as to where sissoko is better suited as I think a few of us agree he is not a wide player although he works hard he is much more dangerous through the middle!

Sissoko I think is best as just a CM, not a DM or AM, just CM. He is what you call a box to box midfielder, however I don't think he is aggressive enough to be like a Tiote. I think he did a job very well against Chelsea on the right, and he linked up well with Debuchy. Anita I think deserves a start, he's another midfielder who ticks all the boxes, a complete player and is best as a CM or DM or AM. but not on the wing.

I just that Anita having some experience playing at full back would be better cover on the right for when debuchy bombs forward & although I did put sissoko alongside tiote he would hopefully have chance to play box to box as cabaye can tuck in!
Having said that pards will probably start obertan & shola.

Yeah I would go with this, Anita makes us play and is another creator alongside Cabaye leaving Mr T to do what he does best and hopefully stopping him from trying to be Glenn Hoddle. HBA is my fave player but away from home against Tottingham I think the same script as last week wil get us a point, cramp the midfield, stop them getting behind and stifle their creative play and hit on the break and if we need a goal then bring HBA on. If we are ahead then don't. Personally I have no problems with Obertan (I await the abuse), he has all the potential but never produces it very often never mind consistently but if we are ahead then he works harder than HBA and his pace against tired legs could be crucial and if we are chasing the game bring them both on for Sissoko and Mr T and have a real go.

Tbh I think obertans confidence must be shattered but he is being kept out because there are better more consistent players in front of him! Given a decent run in a team I think he would improve massively unfortunately I don't think it will be with Nufc!
I also think marveaux could be a class act if given the opportunity but never sure if he is injured, sulking or just not rated by pardew!

Anita showed that he should be in the team ahead of Tiote.

Sissoko can't be played wide, he needs to be through the middle with Cabeye.

Drop Tiote and play HBA on the right. That's our best lineup. Have to keep the faith with HBA. If he keeps getting left out he won't build up any concistancy.

Tiote has been MOTM in two of the last 3 games he played in, and he didn't even play the full 90 minutes in the game he didn't win MOTM; that being said, the team looked like it performed better when Anita came on against Chelsea, so there is a difficult call to make, as I do not think Tiote & Anita can play together.

In the two games that Sissoko has played wide, I thought he looked immense. He runs his channel like an athlete and he is part of the reason for Debuchy's rise in form, his covering work for Debuchy coupled with his pace on the counter attacks has been sterling work.

HBA is without doubt our best attacking player, but I am not sure I would put him in any position that requires any kind of tracking back work, Ben Arfa just isn't built that way - he is like a missile and only goes one direction.

Harvey, maybe play HBA behind the striker in a kind of free role so no tracking back but hopefully doesn't get too tightly marked

I love HBA & there can be no doubting his talent but at the minute he's a luxury we can ill afford away from home. His decision making & passing hasn't been great recently so he is deservedly benched IMO.
If we're a goal then yeah bring him on because the lad can be a game changer on his day!

Same team that beat chelsea. why change it

JToon, that would be the perfect position for HBA. Give him the freedom to do what he does best. If he can roam it will play havoc with teams plans to double up on him.
