What's with bringing the sports direct carrier bags to the Match. Obviously you had to buy somthing to get the bag. Lining mike Ashley pockets. Thanks for the money we will spend it wisely. You really are a bright bunch. I see your point it will always be knowing at st James park. Times change like your joker park.

Agree0 Disagree1

3rd best staduim YES in champoinship smb as it aint half as big as ours so dream on smb

Agree0 Disagree0

Sold his sharea so nike could take over umbro

Agree0 Disagree0

3rd best stadium sorry but Man U, Arsenal and Man City all have a better stadium.

Agree0 Disagree0

Umbro make the shirts. That you sad people buy. Which mike Ashley receives a divend. Which is invested in Newcastle. You will never get away from the fact you line Ashley's pockets for the toon investment. Keep buying smb

Agree0 Disagree0

reading a few reports on here about newcastle getting into europe do some of you think that would be a good or bad idea at the moments as i think a venture into europe at this stage in your clubs state could turn out to be a disaster. dont think im being bitter but i dont think your squad is big enough to take in a season of football plus a european cup run and with mike ashley wanting to run the club right financially i cant see him bringing in 5 or 6 players that could get you through the season what do ye think

Believable3 Unbelievable1

Sure Colocinni said something similar earlier in the season something along the lines of we should cement our position in the league this season build our squad in the Summer and then make a push for Europe next season and i think it makes better sense because IF we were in Europe either we wouldn`t last long in the competition or our league position will suffer.

Agree0 Disagree0

Why not do a tottenham, we have some good youngsters, could go with Alnwick in goal for some first team experience, defence play perch gets him more game time along with williamson as we will buy a first team cb in the summer, taviner and fergy as fbs, in midfield could play obertan, vuckic, abeid and moyo, and then upfront sammy and lovenkrands/shola. what you think ED? {Ed001's Note - I don't know about that, it didn't work out very successfully for Spurs and cost them a bit last season. Less changes is better for the team, it keeps them together as a cohesive unit. I would just want the fitness coach to assess which players are most in need of a rest and leave them out if need be. Or, better yet, cut back on training in the weeks there are two games in, just have them in for a warm down train the day after the match and give them a break, they will keep their fitness up by playing in the matches!}

Have seen alot of Newcastle fans saying that Cattermole is a disgrace and should be banned before he ends someones career. I agree he is rash bordering on dangerous at times. Not that I ever remember him being suspended for kicking someone in the head like. Tell me this though- have you seen any player this season make a challenge as bad as Cabayes deliberate tackle in the Liverpool match(maybe Assou A). Cabaye looks just as likely to end someones career as Catt. Surely the fact that he is more talented creative player cannot justify this?

Believable1 Unbelievable4

Cattermole creative?

Agree2 Disagree0

He was talking about Cabaye when he said creative.

Agree1 Disagree1

Difference is Cattermole does it constantly......... i would say Cabaye, is a bit reckless but not downright ruthless!!

Agree0 Disagree1

Banned 3 games kicking opponent in head deliberately says it all

Agree1 Disagree2

How many red cards for cattermole? He obviously doesn't learn! That's says it all!

Agree2 Disagree1

Red cards for silly tackles and bad reputation not DELIBERATELY kicking opponent in head there is a difference how many cards tiote had in his short spell in england now there IS a dirty player

sunderland fan here was at the game yesterday and think the result was fair but gutted we couldn't hang on. think there was a couple of things swung the game in your favour obviously the sess sending off and wether or not tiote made a meal of it the law states raise ye hands ye off. but after that we we had no link up front so we had to be on our back foot and thought we defended well. turner and old man o'shea keeping ba and cisse quiet. the other was the introduction of ben arfa what a cracking little player and even though im red and white i am a football fan and this lad can play football gave richrdson a torrid time but lets not forget he is not a left back but taking nothing from ben arfa the lad looks good and exciting he also stopped mclean from getting forward. if ye can keep hold of ben arfa then ye got a lot to look forward to. anyway well done for taking another 4 points of us this season but with mon in charge think we can look forward to next season and hopefully take 4 or 6 pts from you lot

Believable6 Unbelievable1

Well done mate abit of honesty only post I've seen from a Sunderland fan not blaming the ref or Tiote for only getting a draw.

Agree4 Disagree0

I thought the 2 centre backs were good for sunderland, and yes ben arfa did change it for us

Agree4 Disagree0

Good grief. Whatever next - a Mackem who actually talks sense.
Why don't you go and spread the word to the uneducated Wearside masses.
I'm sure O'Neill will make you an improved team next year but we won't be standing still - I guarantee it.

Agree1 Disagree0

I know that richardson isnt a lb, but when you brought bridge on who is a natural lb ben arfa had the beating of him everytime

Agree1 Disagree0

Not making excuses for bridge as not a fan of his and yes ben arfa gave him a torrid time but bridge will only improve with games expect to see more of him in future games

just an observation but sess was sent off for raising his hand to an opponent and rightly so, but, didnt krul place his hands on mcclean? didnt simpson thrust his brow into mcclean? there are 2 reds according to the laws of the game.. tiote reaction was embarrassing by the way. nowhere near his face. slapped in chest

Believable5 Unbelievable2

Tiote is a cheat so called hard man! cattermole is a hard man the same role as tiote, sometimes a liability but he never falls down and rolls like tiote. Typical bloody frenchman or whatever. British so called holding players just don't do it- hunter, smith, harris etc must be shaking their heads at such antics.

Agree3 Disagree2

Watch the replays again mate, sessagon cearly strikes tiote on the chin, and even if he didnt hes still intentional struck a player and its a red card. fair enough cheick made a bit too much of it but it doesnt matter its still a sending off. as for the simpson mclean incident he doesnt thrust his head into him, they both stand up and their face to face. krul doesnt strike him he simply pushes him away from simpson. cattermole was lucky to stay on the pitch, intentional foul and both feet of the floor, even the build up to the fould you could see what he was planning on doing

Agree1 Disagree2

Sorry but Larrson dived against Wolves when there was NO contact but yet your having a go at Tiote for going down when there WAS contact.
Yes Tiote went down pathetically but i don't understand how yous can try and take the moral highground and what about Larrson(again) handballing it on the line in the reverse fixture.
I understand your angry but you should be blaming Sessegnon his reaction cost you badly and now your without your best player for 3 games.

Agree3 Disagree1

Raising your hands and pushing an opponent is a red card mate cannot do it sess slapped tiotes CHEST cattermole both feet NOT off the ground you watching the wrong game

Agree0 Disagree1

Sess hit tiote in the chin + chest! either way he raised his hand. cattermole is the dirtiest player in the league by far.

Agree1 Disagree2

Difference with tim krul pushing mclean away was that it broke up the confrontation between him and simpson even though everyone else then dived in. also if you send tim krul off for a push, your going to have to send about 7 or 8 players off per match and give a hell of a lot of penalties as their is always pushing at corners. a push is not violent conduct at the end of the day a slap/ punch/ headbutt is

Agree0 Disagree1

honestly mate what match were you watchin watch the replays would you. both feet of the ground and a pre meditated and intentional vicous foul. again watch the replay on the sess incident you even see tiotes chin move with the hit.
42 -44 seconds even druggies arnt as high as him
http://watchhighlightsonline.blogspot.com/2012/03/video-cattermole-tackle-on-tiote-yellow.html

Agree1 Disagree0

Pause it on 43 seconds and tell me im wrong, the sessagnon hit is below it aswell if u need more clarification

Agree0 Disagree1

How do you 'slap' someone with your elbow? you can see he elbows Tiote in the chest and his hand then follows onto his chin (I don't think the hand to chin part was intentional but still red card).

Agree0 Disagree1

Nobody denying red card just tiote play acting. if you want to go into detail ba was on yellow when he took a dive should be second yellow and off jonas on yellow when deliberately dived should have been second yellow and off tiote could or should have had half a dozen yellows plus check cautions you had more cautioned than us so who the dirty team

Pardew was a disgrace in his match interview yesterday and as a toon fan if newcastle staff did go to see the ref at half time I am embarassed by this blatent gamesmanship. Carver, Pardew and co. want to grow up. I am beginning to think Pardew is loosing the plot. It grieves me to say it, but he is not in the same class as O'Neill for management, tactics, intelligence and charisma.

Believable8 Unbelievable4

Mackem

Agree4 Disagree2

I am a toon fan I was working yesterday so could'nt get to the game but i agree with the above, Pardew was out of order with his after match rant. Go back to London with your bloody cockney mafia pals.

Agree5 Disagree3

Pardew is a lucky man. it now seems he is out of his depth managing newcastle utd he will not take this club any further. now is the time to replace him what about mourinhio

Agree5 Disagree1

Mourinhio? yeah he will probably swim over cos its such a big club get real

Agree1 Disagree0

Not saying we'd get mourinho, but if he wanted to test himself without a world class team already in place or millions to spend on his own players, why not try newcastle? sure deep down somewhere he likes us, after all were sir bobbys team. but back to reality, he aint coming north.

Agree0 Disagree0

Mourihno ha haha ha ouch my sides ha ha no chance

The clown show goes on.
How can you say that £35m received from A.C. is to go on wages. Who have you got to sell to pay for the rest of the squad? Laughable.

Jeez.

Believable1 Unbelievable0

At least make sense with your post, or at least tell us what your blabbering on about first

Agree2 Disagree0

Sunday Papers saying that the £35m from AC Is to go on a contract for Krul and Coloccini.

Agree1 Disagree0

Because, obviously, the sunday papers arent there to make money are they? just excellent, true stories, which are well researched and unbiased....oh sorry, what are we talking about?

Agree0 Disagree0

One of the papers suggested that Newcastle stand a chance of European football next year. You are right, they are unbelievable.

There's rumours coming out of st. James' park that the groundsman has finally dragged the last sunderland player from out of our box

Believable0 Unbelievable2

What they doin in in exeter?

Agree4 Disagree0

Theres also a rumour that Dumb and Dumber sorry I mean the Demba's haven't been seen since 12 yesterday as O'shea and Turner had them in their back pockets!

Agree4 Disagree1

Bye bye Sunderland

Agree2 Disagree1

Shame they forgot about SHOLA

Agree3 Disagree1

Is that the same shola who has been getting slated on here for the last 6 months all you sgbs saying his s**te and what does pardew see in bringing him on saved you a point yesterday

Agree2 Disagree0

Yes that right, but if you look back we also said he is worth keeping just for the derby games! What's it like to have a sh!te striker score so many goals against you! ha

Agree0 Disagree1

So much for o'neil being some sort of super manager coz once again sunderlands dirty tactics didn't work just like Steve Bruce failed with in the previous 3, but they will smash us next season or the season after, well maybe in the next 10 this beating they've been promising is coming, maybe

Believable1 Unbelievable3

When O'neill strengthens in the summer I think we will beat you lot, you couldn't beat 10men at home, shows how far we have come, shows how far you lot have come with your blatent cheating, diving fouling, Refs won't favour you forever and I'm sure the FA will clamp down on you!

Agree3 Disagree1

Ratamole should have gone in the first 90 seconds - also Bednar was filth too and should have gone.

We should have had 3 penos at least.

Come back next year!

lol SMB SMB SMB

Agree1 Disagree1

Newcastle 5 sunderland 3 and thats for bookings so whos the dirty team pity ye didn't get cards for diving or play acting as you would have had no one left on the pitch
