Ssn annouced Jeffren (Barcelona) has just signed for Sporting Lisbon for 3.25m.

Another player we could have signed, young quick with potential to improve, everything we are supposed to be looking for, could have replaced Barton on the right if needed.

WHAT IS GOING ON AT OUR CLUB???

Believable3 Unbelievable0

You are being systematically dismantled. Even as a Mackem I think it is sad what is happening to your Club. We would rather beat you this season as viable competition rather than the weak offering you are bound to present.

Agree0 Disagree0

He didn't want to play in the Premiership.

Agree0 Disagree0

Shambles, i loath calling myself a supporter of NUFC at the moment

Agree0 Disagree0

Jeffren is a crock anyway.

Agree0 Disagree0

Seriously how many bitter people are on your page? if you linked with someone it's always yeah would be a good signing, then if they go to someone else it's he's crap, he's a crock anyway etc...

Agree0 Disagree0

We weren't even linked with Jeffren you douchebag.

Newcastle to lose Barton and Enrique soon, and no plans to spend any more money in this window. Club will continue to make bids for players that they know will be rejected. I'm a fan btw but people need to get real, WE ARE NOT GETTING ANYONE ELSE IN MA HATES US FANS AND ENJOYS MESSING WITH US. As much as thus pains me it's true, heard the Ashley part from a mate who's uncle was in the Barry Moat consortium, Ashley never planned to sell

Believable2 Unbelievable4

Earl doors looked promising in the transfer. Market now starting to think he's raping the club .
Annoying I've become one of the doomerchants just pray I am wrong

Agree0 Disagree0

It's becoming all too familiar, bid accepted and can't agree personal terms. Personally think we are lowballing players knowing they wont accept so we can say well we tried sign people blah blah. Think plenty of bids will be accepted but we will offer much less than they want so they say no on purpose. Let's all hope 1 or 2 say yes so Ashley has to buy them or find a different excuse as I'm getting bored of hearing 'they want too much money, we made a great offer to him as well' BORING sick of it find another excuse FCB

Agree1 Disagree0

I am surprised that the campaign to get him out has gone quiet. Some fans are just living in hope, but there is none. He is asset stripping the club and everyone is just standing looking on. It has always been business with him, he bought the club to make a profit. He couldnt sell the club on regardless of Barry Moat and so now he is going to sell the family silver.

Agree1 Disagree0

Barry Moat was Ashleys stooge it was all staged, he was never going to sell

Agree0 Disagree0

Wow our club is like a conspiracy theory with Ashley in charge. Staged takeovers, sending players to Ghana with visa problems as a cover up so he can sell them. -.-

Agree0 Disagree0

How do you think he is worth £1.3 billion?
Do you think he is a man of integrity.
Do you think he made it by being a gentleman business man?
You make that sort of money by being clever and ruthless.

So Barry McIntosh is not even Tranquillo Barnetta's agent so either we are in discussions with him and his real agent or were not even in talks with him.

something unbelievable has happened its now 1 and 1/2 hours since someones posted any s**te on here usually every 5 mins

Believable0 Unbelievable0

You've posted some s**te.

Agree3 Disagree0

Well, you spoiled that then.

Agree0 Disagree0

I love this site but thought i would have got more bites than 2

Agree0 Disagree0

You know you're lifes pathetic when you sit behind a computer and try to wind people up.

Agree0 Disagree0

You'd get more bites if your bait was good, just a word of advice. I get loads on your s**tty page.

Agree1 Disagree0

At least he can count.

Agree0 Disagree0

I guess thats a step up from some of the Mackems on here.. One guy told me Newcastle haven't played in Europe for 17 years.. Imagine his horror when I informed him that the 2003/2004 season was not 17 years ago.

His excuse was that he didn't care about NUFC or their history at all. Which is why he was on this page talking about us.

just seen pardwho on ssn , wot a load of crap he talks , why doesnt he grow some b---- and just tell it how it is , one minute barton is goin now pardwho says he neva shuts the door on players , wot a clown why is it yous continue to give us sunderland fans ammunition to fire at yous mags ? i honestly do hope yous dont go down cos i luv the craic in the local but yous are becomin a bit of a joke so cud yous plz get yasels sorted so we can start talking football

Believable2 Unbelievable2

Agree1 Disagree1

It's called man-management you thick SMB, just go back to listening to mrs doubtfire's bollox at the stadium of sh*te.

Agree1 Disagree1

Aye coz its really the fans giving yous the amunition isn't it you muppet

Agree1 Disagree0

We could have used you to present the press conference, or better still write the press release. This way the press wouldn't have had a clue what was happening due to their inablilty to make any sense of what was written.
Why don't you worry about your muppet of a manager, and we'll worry about ours. By the way Stevie boy is favourite in the premiership sack race.
Col

Agree0 Disagree0

Is that the way everybody writes in cheesychipdom?

Agree0 Disagree0

Did u have a real good craic wen we whooped u 5-1 bet nobody was in ur local then but home crying in ur caravans scumballs (WelshToon)

Agree0 Disagree0

See Quinn's right there all watching the match in the pub instead of the half full sos,and he enjoys the craic with the with us...well, can you imagine what the bar would be like.. filled with those tramps (star wars, springs to mind)

Agree0 Disagree0

I'm sure that is the first thing on Pardew's mind when he enters a press conference..

"Oh, I better what what I say so I don't give thick Mackems ammunition to slag us off on football-rumours..."

Agree0 Disagree0

5-1, games in the pubs. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz same old boring craic, forgot you got nothing new as your club is a joke at the moment, "oh look daddy the circus is in town", "no son, thats just newcastle united" SGBS

Agree0 Disagree0

Everything yous say is boring old rubbish why don't yous just shut your mouths until after the second game of the season.... Then again yous will all be silent or making your excuses up.

Agree0 Disagree0

With no nolan, barton going, enrique going, colo and jonas could follow, I'm actually excited not worried. But as you say we will wait till the 2nd game and see who has some bragging rites after it

Agree0 Disagree0

All your players are leaving, you have no money to spend, you're all deluded, you're going to get relegated, screwcastle...

What was that you were saying about the same old craic?

Face it, its the same on both sides you clownshoe.

Agree0 Disagree0

So your excited that these players are going? even tho they not What fi theyw ere staying? your basically saying you would be bricking it

Agree0 Disagree0

Thats not what he said at all you f***ing person Lmao Jesus Christ where do you people get your ideas from.

is the tiote rumour right why would the manager have a meeting with barton today and they come to an agreement not to mention the club as a couple of deals are going on behind the scene are these buying or selling deals sounds a bit suspicous to me.

Staying. Going. Staying. Going. Can somebody please (Ed?) put the Barton thing to bed for me? I.e, has he been released (therefore paid off) or not?

{Ed042's Note - Not released, still transfer listed as things stand, both parties have agreed to not discuss his future for the moment, been given a chance to right the mess hes caused the past week by Pardew, think he is fighting his corner for him with MA to be honest, but its up to Joey now, behaviour has to improve if he really wants to stay, otherwise he is going on a free, not being released so no fee due to be paid by toon to him for outstanding contract.. its not put to bed just yet mate unfortunately but today was a good day in a bad week, hopefully can get back to football matters instead of handbags}

this is what the club actually said................................ " The club and the player have Important Business to focus on over the coming days and both parties have come to an agreement that we will not comment further at this time"..... Newcastle FC...

Believable1 Unbelievable0

To be honest I am more concerned about what there doing than saying

Agree0 Disagree0

04 Aug 2011 14:36:27
pardew skipped over questions about transfers dont think he know him self ..he never really said owt of any importance ..oh yeah he phoned alex ferguson..about twitter ...( or was he phoning for berbatov ) as elvis presley sang if i can drewam) but there you go ed your thought m8 geordie tom...

{Ed042's Note - Will go on a bit here for anyone that missed out on the press conference... Joey situation well handled by Pards, credit where due, subtle but very smart PR move, stated how it is, whatever the scenario, airing dirty laundry in public is good for noone at the club, affects the club he says he loves, and also said that the door is never closed to him, but that he needs to pull in the same direction as the club and at the moment he isnt... Joey is left with two choices now, either pulls with the club and leaves it all out of twitter, proving his loyalty.. or two, continues twittering and showing discontent publicly.. in the 2nd case he will be got rid of and made to look like all the love and loyalty, wants whats best for the club stuff seem fake.. very well handled... also using Utd as an example who agree with this stance and asking advice from SAF on how he handles it, no better man to ask.. generally well played by Pards

As far as the transfer rumours, never expected him to go into it, was consistent regarding wanting to get 1 or 2 signings in the door, is aware we do need them, and when questioned about Barnettas agents comments also answered very honestly in that 40K a week is a good wage for a footballer, and he didnt want to air more dirty laundry or bring more bad PR on the club by commenting or reacting specifically to what the agent said...

Conclusion on it all being I think people should give Pardew himself a break, was honest, didnt avoid any questions, fair enough didnt go into detail about transfer targets etc but I wouldnt expect him to.. overall handled a very bad week well IMO what do others think?}

Believable5 Unbelievable3

Agree with the above but surprised no clarification about tiote

{Ed042's Note - Wasnt asked I suppose, Tiote is due back today from what I have heard}

{Ed042's Note - Have to wait for the conference mate re:the business?.. as for Barton, mutual agreement is all that is, Newcastle wont discuss Joeys future if he keeps quiet as well}

Believable1 Unbelievable0

Par dew states he will not sht the door
On Barton wants the issue resolved asap
Other than that I know less than i did before on San now

barnetta agent says not a hope in hell of
him joining toon due to low wages being
offered, also said he would join arsenal,
liverpool, man utd etc for them wages but
not toon......what are we playing at?i
can see any good players joining, we are a
laughing stock....
source sky sports news

Believable2 Unbelievable0

Neither arsenal liverpool or man utd have offered a carrot for barnetta one comment says he is on 40000 another says we only offered 40000 ANYONE HONESTLY KNOW HOW MUCH HE GETS NOW AND HOW MUCH DOES HE WANT

Agree0 Disagree0

If he's not playing European football (which he would be at Leverkusen, Arsenal, etc), then he'd want more than £40k.

Agree0 Disagree0

04 Aug 2011 13:20:05
it appears pardew and barton have sort of made up and he will be back in the squad and on the team sheet for the arsenal game

Believable3 Unbelievable2

Rubbish

Agree3 Disagree1

04 Aug 2011 13:12:04
If pardew had it in him, he should walk out now, tell the higher power to stop taking all the best players from beneath him, but then again, if you believe the rumour, pardew owes mr Ashley a lot of money and is working for free to pay off a debt. So little chance of that. D.

Believable1 Unbelievable2

No. Ashley just brought in a yes man.

Newcastles initial offer to barnetta rejected by agent remains to be seen whether we return with a improved offer or move onto next target obertan personally would like either both would add more flair down our right wing. It does now appear ashley nd lambias working fast to bring in new faces following routledge and soon jose departures freeing up wages

Believable0 Unbelievable0

I really don't want Obertan, he was touted as a big thing but obviously hasn't cut it...imo one of fergusons worst signings........

Newcastle United look set to fail with their initial bid for Swiss star Tranquilo Barnetta, .
Barnetta's British representative Barry McIntosh has acted with fury at Newcastle's offer for the player.

McIntosh claims that Newcastle have offered the player less than what he currently earns in Germany.

"As it stands there is not a hope in hell that he will be going to Newcastle. In fact I am angry at their attempts to do it, and behind my back also, " he told skysports.com.

"They have made an approach, but their offer equates to somewhere in the region of £40,000-a-week - which is just ridiculous.

"Why on earth would Tranquilo move to Newcastle for less money? No offence to Newcastle, he would possibly consider going to Arsenal, Liverpool even Tottenham for less - but not Newcastle.

Well it looks like we are once again not looking like signing a player due to the owners not being prepared to splash out any money

Believable2 Unbelievable0

Seriously get a grip.. You don't walk into a contract negotiation and offer maximum wages straight away.

Agree4 Disagree3

What gets me angry over this statement is that he would join other premier league clubs on the wages that we have offered but not us if that is the case then move on to another target we have had our fair share of players only here for the money with no commitment to the team and dont want anymore

Agree4 Disagree1

04 Aug 2011 12:41:58
I would think that, apart from the blinkered people, that EVERYONE thinks Fat Ashley is just lining his pockets while he laughs at us. Now almost EVERY game can be seen in pubs and clubs in the region so WHY do we all not target a game to start off with, and watch the match in the pubs? No overpriced pies, pints, merchandise for the fat lad THEN he may get the hint that we will NOT be walked over again and again Unless he is going to shock us and splash out on a couple of top strikers. I wont hold my breath on that one though. Oh by the way, to keep his transfer policy rolling, Ashley has put a bid in of 7m for Messi and offered him 30 grand a week. He knows it will be rejected but he can say to us ' we tried '.

Believable6 Unbelievable1

Watch the game in the pub....thats what Quinn say's the mackem's do....I'am no mackem wannabe so I'll carry on supporting my team from the ground thanks

Agree0 Disagree0

I would rather watch football like every other clubs fans not just Sunderland, if this means getting rid of Ashley.

Well Ashley and his Puppet show do it again They bid less than half what Wigan want for Nzogbia, KNOWING that it will be rejected, but then say we tried, Bulls**t, now they offer Barnetta LESS wages than he is already on KNOWING it will be rejected, then will say, we tried, Bulls**t, Now that clown that Man u want rid of, Oberton, probs offer half what Man U want and half his wages, will be rejected. Ashley you may have hoodwinked half the clowns who post saying your doing a good job BUT, the real fans, the 40 years and more of support fans, KNOW you are an ARS****E and want you OUT OF OUR CLUB. Newcastle United is in our Blood and a little fat cockney like you will go before we do, one way or the other TOON LOYAL

dont fret sgb's heskey carew still available in your'e price and wage region ha ha

Believable0 Unbelievable1

Nah m8 your the club that signs has-been's smb

Agree0 Disagree0

Haha id have either off them over connor wickham at least they are experienced in the pl lol

Agree0 Disagree0

How many players have you signed that have EPL experience, NONE, and they have no experience of english football, so go crawl back in your hole and cry about it. Wickham was bought for the future before any one else got him, I bet your singing his name soon when he gets the No 9 shirt for England

Agree0 Disagree0

Andy Carroll will wear the number 9 for England long before Connor "I can only score 9 goals in the second tier of English football" Wickham..

Agree0 Disagree0

He got his debut at ipswich when he was 16 and now he is 18, one for the future plus a few geordie's have siad they would have wickham. just another geordie tool you are

Agree0 Disagree0

Why do you constantly say "geordie's" It Geordies.. Did you not go to school?

I'm sorry, was he 16 last season? No.. Carroll had 1 year on him in the Championship and scored 19, and before you give me the "he was played as a midfielder" craic, Nolan scored 16.

I would have him here, yes. But for for £8m. Maybe £2m.

Agree1 Disagree0

Carrol had only scored 4 proffessional goals before he was 20 so in what world is that a better record than wickham when he's just turned 18?

Agree0 Disagree0

Lol, are you serious? Carroll was a reserve player for us then.. He actually scored a few goals in the Premiership the season we went down when he actually came on.

Carroll was 20 in the Championship, 2 years older, hardly a massive difference when you've been in the reserves for years, and still scored 19 goals in the Championship.

If he played in the Championship when he was under 20 he'd still have scored more than 9, I'd put money on that.

Agree0 Disagree0

He did he played for preston 12 games and scored 1 goal. wow haha SGB

Agree0 Disagree0

Check wiki and see the difference between Carroll in his early years and Wickham after his 1st 2 years and you will see Wickham scored 16, Carroll scored 0 goals then 1 at preston and 3 in the premiership the season you went down, not to mention Carroll is 4 years older than Wickham

Agree0 Disagree0

04 Aug 2011 11:54:12
here we gan again the gloom and doom merchants are out in force..if your selling your house do you take the first offer i dont think so you hold out for a bigger offer..thats why players employ agents to get the best deal they can ..agents also get a cut of future earnings as well ..so its in their best interest to get as much as they can for their client..so we'll just have to wait and see not gonna happen today.whats your take on this ED ...geordie tom

{Ed042's Note - Quite simply mate, if thats a representation of his client, dont want him, enough money grabbers at the club, getting rid of the greed and egos not recruiting}

Believable0 Unbelievable0

nufc unofficial quoting barnetta's
agent, says we offered £40k a week
stating it as rediculous and is offended
that we would offer such a low amount

figures...

Believable0 Unbelievable0

....And then by the end of the transfer window, the management will come out with the usual excuse of "well, we did TRY to make some signings".

This routine shouldn't come as a surprise to us anymore.

04 Aug 2011 11:36:52
sky sports.com understands that we have failed in a bid to sign barnetta, he is on about £40thousand and we offered him less, whats that all about YOU HAVE HEARD THIS FIRST BY ME, THAT WE WILL NOT, I REPEAT WE WILL NOT HAVE ANY NEW SIGNINGS IN BEFORE NEXT SATIRDAY. i dont have any cntacts, im just a fan like everyone else, but lets face it, are we trying haard enough to get players, i dont think so, yes we have been promise all these players, ans what have we got? two free players broke even with cabaye and adie or what ever way you spell it. Routlage going for £2m so say we have £36m what are we doing with it, its just investing in mike ashleys bank. id take shane long now, since we dont seem to be getting anyone.

Believable2 Unbelievable2

Chill man it's the 4th of august, there's still time they just trying to get the best deal possible.

Agree2 Disagree3

We'll have 10mill from enrique soon aswell. We should offer 7.5mill for M'bengue (6mill turned down). We will have 2.5mill left plus another 2 from routledge, so we use the 4.5mill plus use some of our money and offer ranger to reading for long.

Hi just back from a weeks holiday and disappointed that we haven't moved forward in signing a striker.

Got my tickets for Arsenal game and feel we are missing agreat opportunity to beat them as their defence is looking weaker than last season and we have no players to take advantage of that. Together with huge uncertainty over Fabrigas and Nasri (both could be gone be then with little time for replacements). Worried that Gervinho will have a great game against us, just to show what we missed.

Still undecided about the Barton situation, but with whatever has happened and Enrique clearly wanting to go we need to get them both out of the club as quickly as possibly with hopeful replacements being Barnetta and Warnock, both players would offer some experience and in Warnock's case premiership experience.Should be able to get both players for Enriques fee and with Routledge sale cover wages.

Would love to see Sturridge bought or loaned but we don't seem interested. So I think it's time Asley showed some real intent and sign any two of these players Defoe 7m ish, Sow or Odvaldo 10-12m (very unlikely, Ashley won't spend that much), Lens 7m ish or Wellbeck 7m ish(even loan).

Onmaho (sorry terrible spelling) from Man City would give cover at right back or centre half and he won't get much game time at Man City this season 3m ish.

If Ashley is just selling to pocket as much as he can before selling (hopefully), who's going to pay the money he wants with a thread bear squad of players and no stars of any great value. We don't own the ground so all we have is fanatical support with 50,000+ turning up every other week. (Legin)

Believable0 Unbelievable1

Onmaho haha. onuha

Unlikely to get Barnetta now. According to his agent we offered him a contract which is less than he currently earns, which has upset both agent and player.

Probably sheds some light on why most of our transfer dealings have failed this summer.

Believable6 Unbelievable1

You might be after these players but the club are doing it to keep you off their backs, you won't sign any of them and will get young, cheaper players

Agree1 Disagree0

04 Aug 2011 11:04:52
joey barton sick and tired of hearing about him.what people dont see is he's being told what to say off his agent..forget about barton folks .the teams bigger than barton we are NEWCASTLE UNITED ffs.i recon we need 5 players in cant name names..we can bandy names all day long.but we'll never know untill we get new faces thru the door...geordie tom

Dosen't look like Barretta is not coming saw it on sky sports transfer centre agent says he'd be better off going to arsenal, liverpool or tottenham.

Believable0 Unbelievable1

Just read the article read it properly next time m8..its his agent saying we offered him £40 grand a week ..and he's on more money in germany .it does say about spurs liverpool .but it smacks of his ( british) agent trying to make more money out of the deal .geordie tom

Agree2 Disagree0

Actually what his agent's saying is not that he's better off going to arsenal, spurs or l'pool, but more that he'd go 2 to them for the wage we've offered. He's saying we need to up the offered wage if we want 2 sign him but cant see fatty ashley doing that. Also how hard is to spell BARNETTA? See that misspelled so much on here.

Agree0 Disagree0

I think Bartenders agent is just being greedy.

Agree0 Disagree2

04 Aug 2011 10:37:05
We should just ignore Barton's twitter comment's until he has the decency to pull on the black and white shirt and wear it with honour..... we shouldn't give this egotistical dimwit the platform he craves. I don't know if he is telling the truth or not, there are two sides to every story so please stop twittering on and give your ego a rest.

Sick of players whinging and crying on, if they put as much energy into earning their money they would only have good things to tweet about.

Stop being so tweeing negative

who would come to club who are selling all there best players mike ashley making the club worse i am a newcastle fan but i dont see anyone wanting to come here

Believable4 Unbelievable2

Most players would want to play in front of 52,000 of the most fanatical fans in England if we're cheering them on... but not, if we're making a hostile atmosphere that would also just put off the players we have now...I would like to see St James bouncing all season and maybe that would make some rich Arab or rich anyone want to be part of it and buy Ashley out.....sorry day dreaming again

Agree5 Disagree0

Youre dead right there mate

Agree2 Disagree0

The singing sections gone this season that was the only bit of atmosphere left at st.James, if you started signing anywhere else in the ground last season all the plastic fans that should be at the rugby would look at you like you're a complete psychopath rather than join in, the derby and the second half of the arsenal game were the only times it was truly bouncing like the old days

Agree1 Disagree0

Yes i agree with you, but i did say i was day dreaming again.... but it does go to show..'that back in the old days as you say'.. when everything is happy and the ground is buzzing there not many places better to play football and we could get the players we wanted and still could if the will was there

Heard that nobody wants to sign Barton as his reputation as a troublemaker is putting people off. Several clubs have looked at taking him on loan until the end of his contract, then he can renegotiate. This is how clubs like Celtic are looking, because they want NUFC to pay most of his wages like we did with Bellamy. Hopefully this will be the last a**ehole we'll ever sign. Christ we've had a bellyfull of troublemakers at NUFC. SteveToon

Apparently we have opened talks with Barnetta, with the player keen to move it sounds like we may get him. Clubs need to agree a price, so we will begin to find out if tubby is actually going to start to back the team on the pitch. He has under 4 weeks to repair the damaged image of the club, so lets see what he is made of.

Dangerous thing to say but I like what Pardew is doing, replacing slow over rated players with younger, faster, technically better ones. Yes we need to do some in and outs in the striking department but I am looking forward to next season, I think we will play better football, instead of that long ball guff we got into with AC in the side that we carried on with when he left.
Well done Mr Pardew for havin the sense to not try to Chang the side too much mid season to ensure we stayed up and now the vision to take us to the next level and the balls to put it into place.
Now we just need Mr Ashley to have the balls to back you further to get a new LB, another versatile defender and of course a new striker.
I await your abuse or otherwise.

I don't know whether to agree or disagree with this post, so will remain neutral. I'm not a massive fan of Pardew and personally I don't think he's up to the job at NUFC. However, I do like the signings we've made so far and agree that getting rid of Nolan and now Barton is the right thing to do. It's a shame to see Enrique is likely to leave, but our team isn't in his heart anymore so he'd only phone his performances in. We'll see what happens come the Arsenal game, but I'm quietly confident.

No abuse here. Whilst i do not particularly like Pardew, we appear to be trying to move forward on the playing side. The players that have been brought in so far look like good technical players. We will see if this works, but we do need at least 3 players in (LB, Defender, striker or two).

What about Figueroa as a replacement for Jose?

Would love to see Onouaha come in to push Simpson and offer cover across back line.

Sturridge would be great but can't see it happening so IMO we should go for Long, has everything AC had but wit more pace, mind not sure anther he could drink as well like?

I reckon that would do as in Marveaux/ Tiote/ Cabaye / Gosling / HBA / Jonas we have a good midfield with Guthrie (under rated IMO), and kids such as Vukic/Ferguson/Ameobi etc coming through I think web would be fine.

I posted here on Monday about Barton and how the club were doing the right thing and got dogs abuse in the main so pleased to see so interesting to see the majority of comments go the other way now.
I actually think Marveux will give us more down the left than Jonas who in turn will give us more down the right than Barton and Cabaye will give us far more than Nolan, factor in Gosling and HBA and we are in pretty good shape with our starting XI.

Hey KRTOON you've prob already gave your opinion on the current situation and I've not seen it further down the posts but just wanted to know what your thoughts are on things?

I personally think these players (Barton, Enrique etc are atit and trying to play mind games with the fans?

Enrique situation is simple enough, wants CL football and wants to become a regular in the Spanish side, good ambitions to have and fair enough. The twitter comments were where he let himself and fans down big time. Simply trying to engineer a move, annoy the board and lower his asking price, bad form.

As for Joey, look everyone has thrown their two cents in, and I could go on all day about it but I wont say much other than this.. ever hear the saying "I send you out a sheep amidst the wolves"... Joey is the opposite, a wolf amidst sheep.. Anyone that really knows the his character, not his apparent friendly personality, but his character, would know whats what... Some of the things he has done and continues to do behind closed doors at football clubs including Newcastle is well beyond unprofessional, it is disgraceful.. all his publicly known criminal crap aside, that isnt even the half of it trust me.. this lad is run solely by his ego and is far from stupid.. them two put together can be dangerous in the wrong hands, will leave it at that.
