apparently mcgugan deal is hotting up. The last thing forest want is to loose there main man but bids from 3 clubs have come in for him for around 5million. Sunderland appear to be in the frame aswell. I do know forest don't need the money so may be very difficult to do a deal unless the player hands in a transfer request. Star player though. not a newcastle fan but said it on here loads of time ashley is a business man and a greedy one at that he has put his money in to the club and now wants the rewards unless the club is sold and run properly then its going to be hard times ahead for newcastle and its supporters

MA has done this since he come in Work out what has come in and how many players we bought since then Martins=10m, Bassong=8m, zog=7m, carrol=35, nolan=4.5m, given=8m, milner=8m, and what have we spent? plus 35 million a year tv rights and last year with points money and gates we took 90 million. no wonder he wont sell

He was starting to get a regular place towards the end of last season, so doubt city would want to sell. That, and the fact he would cost a fortune in fee, and wages. A no go for the tightest billionaire in history.

Yes he is available for teams that can afford him and that show ambition that rules out screwcastle then

He has been offered a new contract him and kompany and another player but can't remember who the other was

Doubt he'd be available, he was becoming a first team regular towards the back end of last season. Add to that he'd cost at least £15m and is probably on at least £80k a week there.

Adrian From Deportivo looks a quality player and with Depor being relegated could be available for pretty cheap.
any thoughts ?

May be a risk look at our other signings from Deportivo Luque and Xisco along with Colocinni who took a season to come good.
