Use our rumours form to send us newcastle transfer rumours.

We should be going in for Lewis holtby, he's a great young player who can play in the hole like Cabaye. Also looks like we've lost out on Kurt Zouma : ( another player to rot on the Chelsea bench

Holtby ain't a good enough replacement. why buy for sake of it. may ss well bid for shelvey

Agree0 Disagree0

He's already at Fulham training with them. We should have gone for him as he is good enough.
Nobody coming to the Toon. 12 months, 2 loans in and £30m + banked from the sale of Ba, Cabs and Perch at the same time. Greta business for Mr Ashley.

Agree0 Disagree0

Correct, let's not buy for the sake of it, but a decent loan player to cover injuries till the end of the season is a good shout. the aim is thoroughly top ten now. and injuries could see us drop outside that.

I know we have had noin treated in him but in my opion we should take a punt on Abdulrahman. He has mad skills and was so close to joining Man City a few years back so he must be good but the intrest has calmed so why don't we go for him and he wouldn't cost too much.

I would like one of these to come in tomorrow:
Remy Cabella
Clement Grenier
Ryan Gauld
Omar Abdulrahman

I would like a few of these to leave:
Mike Ashley
Joe Kinnear
Alan Pardew
Coaching staff
:)

Why pardew? I agree about everything else but why pardew? What has he done wrong? He has done a fantastic job with his hands tied behind his back, Ashley selling his best players etc. only thing I don't like about him is his derby record which he has to improve starting this Saturday!

Grenier agent has confirmed that he will Not be moving to Newcastle, Bad news but hopefully tomorrow we can bid for either Cabella or that benfica lad or maybe even Ryan Gauld.

I'm going to miss the end of deadline day tomorrow as I'm travelling up to newcastle after a week in London.

Also Greniers Agent is the same as Loic Remy's so it seems he might not be moving too.

GOUFFRAN and Cisse are both doubtful for the Derby. REMY is suspended and luuk de jong unlikely to start
My Team for Saturday
Krul
Debuchy-Willo-Mbiwa-Haidara/Santon
Sissoko-Anita-Tiote
Ben Arfa-Luuk De Jong/Cisse-Gouffran (Depending on if Gouffran is fit)

Steve Taylor has played well since he came back so why not him

So, what are people's teams for saturday?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

-------------Krul--------------
Debuchy-Willo-Taylor-Haidara
----------Anita-Tiote----------
---Sissoko-Ben Arfa-Santon---
-----------Gouffran------------

I'd have Haidara and Santon on the left as Johnson is on his best run of form since joining them and Gouffran leading from the front with his work rate and pace.
I think it'll be a draw probably 1-1.

Agree0 Disagree0

Same as started against Norwich with De Jong for Remy

Nufc to appeal remy red card despite earlier saying they wouldn't! If the appeal hearing is not before Saturday then he will be available for the Sunderland game (let's hope so)!
Although I've read a few bits that have said the appeal will be fast tracked for later today or tommorrow!

pardew said it would be foolish not to have a plan in place if cabaye left well pardew over to you!

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Steva. Pardew has no say if we replace Cabaye or not. To me its sounds like a veil message to the powers that be that they are fools if they don't replace Cabaye. I wouldn't hold my breath as JK knows he is a fool and Cashey has been called a lot worse so they won't be bothered.

Like I said the other day De Jong on loan will be all there is as Ashley pockets the £20m+ from Cabaye sale along with all the TV money. We offer £8-£8.5m for Grenier and they want £11/£12m depending on which report you read so even at the lowest figures no way will he stump an extra £3m. He has no intention of buying anyone.
JFK brought in to minimise expenditure and maximise income and put pressure on AP to get the best out of what he has ensuring survival and more TV money for Ashley hence 2 loan signings in 2 windows and no purchases. All we have done is give Remy a platform to prove his class so he can join a team with a chance of winning things and where he will get paid the going rate for a striker of his quality and it will be the same with De Jong. he does not exactly look over the moon to be signing does he?
I just hope it is all part of getting his money back so he can sell at a realistic price.

I'm pretty sure the cameramen will have told de jong to stay serious in his photoshoot

As much as I hope De Jong comes good for us ( and I'm especially liking the agadoo song) I can't help but worry that if he can't do it in Germany, is he good enough for the EPL? It's also interesting that both our main strikers are here on loan having rejected us in the not so recent past. Either way I'm behind them whilst they wear black and white and I'm hoping we add at least one more before we smash the mackems this weekend.

Bit like RVW who has not set the Premiership alight Bony was the striker we should have bought Tight B. rds
