I hope Graham Carr leaves us. It's got to be frustrating for him, spending all that time going around Europe scouting players, making suggestions and have Joe Kinnear tell him that he's wrong and the player is not good enough. Might be a wake up call for the owner.

im a sunderland supporter lads and heres a thought. reading a lot of posts on here I can see a lot of Newcastle fans are becoming disillusioned with what's going on at the club especially in the transfer department. how many actually think that cabaye's state of mind is being affected by what his seeing at the club and this could be one of the reasons he is looking at leaving the club. I don't think his intentions is to damage the club or hurt the fans he is just looking out for himself, the only negative thing from the cabaye situation I can see for the club is if other players happen to go the same way. for Newcastle's sake I hope cabaye is the only one as one bad apple is to many lads.
Its very true. If you were as talented as him you would be disillusioned with the way the club is being run. Players want to play with better players I understand that but he should still play as he is paid by NUFC. His attitude is wrong but the fault lays wit Pardew for his tactics and the 2 clowns with their lack of ambition and inept way of running the club.
Yeah I see what you mean. He has every right to want to leave Newcastle, considering the state we are in and go to a champions league team. However the way he's handled it has been poor

These are the types of players that a club like Newcastle United should be trying to sign, its because of the fat man that we look like a small club. No plan, no ambition, no commitment.
I pointed out Lamela before the window opened and said he would be a great signing but now his price has at least doubled.
Again we are too slow and not looking in the right places when it comes to transfers.
But the way we are at the moment there is no chance of us attracting this sort of player.
We are now behind Norwich, Swansea and Southampton when it comes to attracting players. Are only on par with Palace, Cardiff, Hull and poss. Villa.
We deserve to see better players than we have in black & white.

Pardew said in an interview after the Man City game that people should wait to judge him after the Fulham game, well personally I can't wait!! As come Saturday, Newcastle will have to play the best football I have ever seen them play, EVER! In order to stop what should be a barrage of criticism heading his way! as our team on paper SHOULD be in the top 8/10 easy, however under Pardew they are certainly not anywhere near a top 10 team.

The only way to show our owner how much we want rid of him is to stay away from home games. don't attend home games, don't buy from club shops, YES attend away games when possible, YES give our local landlords our cash on match day while watching in locals. Before anyone says " I've paid upfront for my season ticket" YES so have I and 6 of my mates in same row which we plan to leave empty seats. This man is taking the Pi$$ out of us all and we are allowing it. He WONT invest, he WILL sell our players. the fact of the matter is ashely will sell without thinking of replacements because he knows newcastle will get nowhere with silverware and has given up putting money into transfers to get into europe and has settled for the club to be mid table or fighting against relegation because i'm not been funny but the attendances never change and he gets money from that and television i. e sky bt. So he's sat gathering money at the expense of the club. Am I right in thinking that? i'm not even a newcastle fan nor sunderland or boro so basically i'm just looking into the mess of the club
Your spot on. Ashley only concern with Newcastle is to stay in the PL at the lowest cost possible whilst milking the profits. I have no doubt the club is for sale and has been for sometime. He is is getting back what he has put in and what ever he can sell the club for. What really sickens me though is we just except it and turn up home and away is huge numbers. I was on total sport a few weeks ago and I said it wouldn't surprise me if Cabaye goes to Man U. I could see a late bid from them as they are still struggling to sign centre midfielders.

I would absolutely love that! Lennon ticks all the boxes, he can cross, shoot, fast and can defend. He would cost around 10million I reckon, possibly more. But I can't see spurs wanting to sell or kinnear going for that type of player
Don't rate Lennon, he is very like Obertan. His crossing is shocking, yes he is quick but that's it.

If we don't sign 3 or 4 new players before the window shuts we will be odds on for relegation. The January window will be too far away to get us out of trouble.
The current squad has very little quality in it. And we certainly don't have any strength and depth if we have injures again.
Wouldn't supries me if Pardew comes out with 'having Cabeye back in the team is like we have just signed a £20mil player'.
Know one wants to sign for us. Our tactics/the way we play are shocking. From the chairman down to some of the players we are going to be a laughing stock this year. No good players in their right mind would want to come and be a part of this.
Fear is that it's not going to change. Even if we got relegated Pardew would still be manager playing terrible football with players like Obertan still in the side for the next 8 years.
