I think fans who think that Laudrup would come to Newcastle, must be the most optimistic fans ever! Why on earth would he come? He has just got going with Swansea. I more likely target would be Zola or L Clark or any cockney available

Laudrup would be perfect for us

Agree0 Disagree0

I think southampton manager would be a more realistic bet! but hey either would do me. pardew had his last chance from me last week, and blew it massively

Agree0 Disagree0

Ladrup IF he goes will only go to. Top 6 club and we are miles off that

Agree0 Disagree0

I'd hate to have Zola or Clark. Both inexperienced and they're not good enough. You never know with Ashley, Laudrup has a 5million release clause

Newcastle want Wilfred Zaha on loan who is open to a loan move

Will Man U pay 85% of his wages while he is here? If not, there would be no chance.

''Will Man U pay 85% of his wages while he is here? If not, there would be no chance. ''

How much money do you think a 20 year old is on?

His wages are likely around the same as Remy's.

Michael Laudrup should replace Pardew and Kinnear should follow AP out the door. Laudrup I think is having problems at swansea, I don't think he gets on well with hugh jenkins. I believe Laudrup could make us great again and maybe an established top 7 team. He could bring us exciting, free flowing football week in week out. He has excellent tactics and knows how to setup against any team unlike pardew. Laudrup has a 5milion release clause in his contract, so ashley please just activate it and get him in. Laudrup and his scouts (and graham car) will find absolute gems for very low prices.

For me I would be buzzing and so happy if we got Laudrup.

What makes you think that for one minute Michael Laudrup would consider joining Newcastle united as a manager

Here's respected and backed by his present owners and would never consider working from an owner like Mike Ashley

Joining Newcastle United would be a step down from a thriving club like Swansea Who are way ahead of Newcastle now and have aspirations of creating a very good football team something which is alien Ashley

Agree0 Disagree0

His odds to join safc are more likely as we are keeping pardew and joe kloggs on to take us to top 4 next season :).

Zeus: I agree that Laudrup is not going to come. But you never know with Ashley. He knows that his investment needs to be in good hands, and that means, at the very least, a competent manager. If he sets his sights on a new man, and the chosen one has a full set of cojones, it might mean that Joke gets the push as a condition. Surely, nobody would take the job with Joke still in place, you would think. And no, I don't think that's going to happen. So unfortunately it's Kinnear as boss, then, ie last straw. Vic

Now laudrup going to blunderland is definitely BS

Agree0 Disagree0

Going nowhere near Newcastle staying where he is at least this season anyway
He will only go to a top six club or abroad

Phelan & Muelensteen are currently out of work.

When was the last time the coaching staff from a team that won a European elite league by a country mile were sitting out of work?

Moyes dropped the ball letting that combo go, we should be recruiting these guys, they would be expensive but would they ever be worth the money.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Agree but this calibre of coach would never consider joining a football club like Newcastle United with an owner like Ashley
That talents would be completely wasted on this person who was happy with mediocrity
