We just need to keep the consistency now. Try and get a result at spurs. 9th or 8th is where we want to be at least by the end of the season. We held chelsea in the first half (although they weren't very good) and we were fantastic at both defending and attacking. Some very nice free flowing football and pardew really mastered the 442.
I think remy's celebration with the kid in the wheelchair was very nice and has sort of hinted that he does really like it at newcastle :)

Its about time they did for far to long they have been Ashley's mouth piece. It's no coincidence that they do it now though after they have been banned from the ground in a press role.

2days result makes last weekends even worse, harder to take. however who wouldn't have taken 4points if offered at begining of these matches. looking strong and tactically solid at home. AP has got us playing well. shame his mouth is still talking sh1T3

Well, I wasn't expecting anything today, but boy was I surprised! Fantastic result, one of the best performances i've seen for a long time. The 442 worked a treat, every player did their jobs well. Remy deserved a goal, he was brilliant. Cisse is just getting more and more frustrating. Very nicely worked set piece. Magnificent lay off from anita to a magnificent goal for remy, and what a celebration! We need to keep up the form now, and try and take that performance to spurs, and try and get a result.

People have a go at Cisse, but when he came he played facing goal, off the last man and put the ball in the net. Pardew has made Cisse do the opposite, getting him to play with his back to goal and hold the ball up etc. Cisse is crap at doing this and doesn't have those skills, he is a finnisher who is not being allowed to do what he does, therefore has lost his confidence in that area. If Pardew wants the best out of Cisse then he should watch his displays when he first came here and see how we attacked quickly and got better supply to him.

It's so annoying listeningn to the pundits they really don't have a clue, "expectations too high" they really don't get it, Ashley has no ambition, no heart for the club. I feel like we're stuck in a really small cage and we'll only be freed until Ashley leaves.

Any club that can seat more than 50,000 in their home stadium and rules over a whole city without competition should have huge ambition, I never understand it when we are played down and told to settle for mid-table.
