Maybe it's just me but some of the players look like they want us to go down so they have an easy escape Janmaat looks like he's had enough and could get a move to Man U, Liverpool or Southhampton if rumours are true but I don't blame him he's carried his teammates most of the season. Sissoko thinks he's going big time with a champions league club if we get relegated.
Colo knows his only chance of getting to play back in Argentina is if we go down, Ashley will not want to pay his high wages again in the championship.
On the other end of it Williamson knows his only chance at staying at the club is if we are in the championship.

John Carver

Lost the fans (the day you got the job)
Lost the team
Lost the players
Lost your head again (todays after match press conference was an embarrassment)
Lost the plot

Wish you would get lost

what baffles me more than anything is how has Carver been a coach for so long, we have made the same defensive mistakes for 3 or 4 seasons now we are clueless in attack to narrow to slow and to bad

Never felt so embarrassed to be a toon fan.

Just want to reiterate, the fans never wanted a second rate coach to replace pardew, we wanted a MANAGER. So none of that "you regret forcing pardew out"

We don't demand a team that wins, we demand a club that tries.

i already explained that in the OP, it wasn't the case of be careful what you wish for, it was another case of the club screwing the fans over.

Anyway, i'm assuming you're an everton fan, you all wanted martinez out now all of a sudden you love him again

What's happening now could prove long term to be a good thing for Newcastle which I know sounds crazy but but it might well be true.
Surely only the most stubborn fan would not gladly swap back to Pardew over Carver right now? OK its to late for that but when the new manager does arrive in the summer even if their not exactly who you'd all have liked to come they will get a bit more time understanding and support because of the absolutely awful job Carver is doing and that can't be a bad thing can it?
