JToon you are spot on about HBA but it is not just him, Pards has strangled the creative and effective life out of Marveaux, Cisse, Sissoko, Yanga-mbwia, Gouffran and even Obertan.
I've said it before it will be cheaper for the Ashley to sack Pards and pay him compo. than it will be to replace 8/9 members of the squad. A new young gifted coach would get the best out of these players meaning we need fewer additions.

Its in pardew's history to miss manage luxury players for example when he was at west ham, it happened with tevez and mascherano.

This is what tevez said about pardew:

Totally agree SpireToon, the players we have all have flair and ability BUT the negative and league 1 standard management and coaching staff have absolutely destroyed them. Get rid of Pardew/Carver/Stone and a young forward thinking management team with new ideas will put these players back to the level they were when we signed them. We were all happy with them when they arrived and were pleased with their contributions UNTIL they had negative tactics drummed into them by Pardews Dinorsaur tactics.
