Great win 43 points couple of lower teams to come we could be up there with Manu and Everton which on the whole would be a good season, bit worried about our bench not having any youngsters on it, now is the time to give them a run out

No way Pardew should be sacked, what he did was wrong, but the way the punditsare going on youd think he'd hospitalised the guy. When robbie savage starts giving sermons on behavior you know its all just getting blown out of proportion. At least their player and manager didn't try to inflame the incident, unlike those sreaming for Pardews head. They must be easily shocked if they get so outraged by something like that

Two drunks doing that at closing time isn't outrageous. Two impetuous teens doing that to impress their mates isn't outrageous. Two footballers doing that in the heat of the moment isn't really outrageous.

A manager doing that with little provocation is outrageous. He's meant to be setting an example man. To the players, the young fans, ruddy everyone! Stupid doesn't cover it.

Marchttiger. I concede that you do make a good point, but let's be honest, the premiership probably isn't the place to look for role models at the best of times.

Pardew like everyone knows he was 100% wrong but after last season and the fact most fans know he is only doing what he is tod by Ashley if someone said 52 points this season most fans would have accepted that and as is we are not far away from that SO Pardew like it or not has done a good job with his main floor the personic way he sticks up for Ashley
As has been said already if he is not sacked now for misconduct saving Ashley the rest of his 6 year contract he never will be. But who else will accept the s. t Pardew has to from his Lord and Master Who is Lurking ready to pounce?

OK Pards was wrong and the club have reacted the right way, yes he is a manager not a player but is what he did worse than Remy or countless other players who do the same thing and just get a 3 game ban or less or nowt at all? I think we have played awful football under him since he took charge (even the season we finished 5th) and wanted him gone in the summer to be replaced by Martinez but I have to say he has us playing some really good effective football most of the time now and that with his hands tied behind his back, no say in player transfers and constantly having to defend the club when Ashley makes stupid decisions. he has been fined by the club, will be by the FA and get a touch line ban but will all of you stop jumping on the Robbie Savage bandwagon. it's understandable for players to do it in the heat of battle but not a manager, no neither is acceptable but must be punished the same way. If the FA and clubs stamped down on players the same way as has happened to and will happen to Pardew it would stop altogether and set a better example to the kids.

So a 100k fine & a formal warning with surely an fa ban to follow!
Clearly not getting the sack then!
